Already paid using the application but not received. Fraud!

Not good, already paid for 1 night in the application, but when I arrived at the hotel the room was already full. And information from the hotel employee, that this hotel is no longer cooperating with the application.

Oyo's fraud is so bad that it's already coming to the guest house even though it's already booked, it won't happen twice. I ordered through Oyo.

Was told to pay back on the spot even though I had already paid via the application.
