Everything is comfortable, clean, cool, the place is quiet, open the room directly to the garden.

The place was quiet, I arrived at night and there was no receptionist, I called but they didn't answer, I chatted and they only replied in the morning, finally I decided not to check in, I asked for a refund and it was rejected by the owner, even though I didn't enter the hotel area at all.

Mengecewakan. Harga tidak sebanding dengan fasilitas dan pelayanan.

Kran patah, sofa-sofa sudah usang, air panas lama sekali keluarnya, tv gangguan (langsung dipanggilkan tukang servis, tp bikin keluarga tidak nyaman) pelayanan pengurus villa bagus, tp sayang sekali saat mau pulang kita merasa seperti dikejar-dikejar. Jam 11.30 di wa di ingatkan kalo sudah dekat jam chekout dan dibilang kalo tamu lain biasa jam chekout nya jam 11.00. Lalu jam 11.45 di datang in lagi dan di ingatkan kalo sudah harus chekout. Terasa tidak nyaman, padahal saat itu posisinya kita lagi masukin beberapa barang ke mobil, padahal saya ambil 2 kamar seharga 1,4juta. Dan baru cek in pun jam 5 sore.

The staff is very kind, very helpful to me. The homestay is recommended according to the picture, the location is easy to find using maps, clean, neat and fragrant. Just a suggestion for the owner, please add a thermos of hot water in the pantry so you don't have to bother boiling water repeatedly, because a long trip, especially bringing a child like me, definitely needs hot water. Penginapan yang unik, bagus dan amat bersih juga sangat tenang, cocok untuk keluarga yang ingin menikmati ketentraman suasana. Pengurus penginapan sangat baik dan sigap membantu apapun kebutuhan penyewa. Positif:- bersih dan nyaman.- parkir mobil tersedia.- wifi kencang.- air panas berfungsi.- amenity cukup lengkap.- pengurus sangat baik.- suasana tenang.- kopi sama teh gratis. Negatif:- harga cukup mahal dibandingkan dengan failitas dan tanpa breakfast, mungkin karena high season.

Location in the old villa area in the Songgoriti area. Very quiet night. The homestay yard area is quite beautiful, there are night cafe lights, there are garden tents. The room is clean (looks like a new building). Thank You.

The location is not far from the city center & popular tourist attractions in Batu. Suitable for those who do not like noise. Overall satisfied staying here.

The rooms and bathrooms are very clean. We are very satisfied with the cleanliness of the room. It's rare to find a villa or homestay room this clean. Great.
