Manager was very unaccommodating, service staffs were good but constrained by manager on duty. For example on the day we came back from Hà Nội there were 2 elderly couples and a toddler arriving about 1pm , check in time was 2pm , our group had booked 4 rooms , and manager would not let 1 room available for the toddler to sleep in. We had booked this place several times before but the manager was not very helpful and did not try her best to help her repeat clients.
While we were waiting until 2pm to check in ,the lobby was hot and uncomfortable.
Water pressure from shower was so weak and management was notified several times but nothing was done .
Also request for extra towel and pillows were denied. Towels are of bad quality. The excuse was hotel policy only 2 flimsy pillows and 2 towels allowed.
Very unprofessional performance of the manager on duty.
Sewer smell lingered from time to time.
