The room was well-equipped and clean. The staff weren't very friendly; I checked out early in the morning but received no attention or assistance. I tried calling the reception but they wouldn't wake up and just told me to leave the room key on the table. The hotel's location is very convenient, close to the airport.

Okie, okay, there are 3 receptionists in total, including the one (a rather big guy) who works the morning shift when handing over the room and a small guy who works the evening shift, both of whom are very nice, always greeting guests when they enter and exit the hotel. Only the other guy is not very friendly (met him when checking out at 10pm on August 10), probably because he didn't have a tip or something. In addition, the hotel has an old man who helps carry guests' luggage from the hotel to the street. Clean rooms, quite attentive Overall, you should choose the superior queen room so that the room is not too cramped, the view is more open and it is only less than 100k more expensive than the other room type (relatively cramped). The hotel advertised an area of 17m2 but the actual room was less than 10m2. The room was quite stuffy and cramped. The hotel was quite old and had an unpleasant smell. It only fit a 2m2 bed and 50cm to move around. The width including the toilet and the cabinet was about 4m2, the area was about 8-10m2. The product was not as described. When discussing, I met a very unpleasant male receptionist and the service attitude was very bad. When I asked to meet the owner and made a fuss, he promised to pay but did not pay the exact amount of the booking, threatening the customer because he knew I was from far away. I had to use my phone to record it to get it resolved. I got more than the money back but I was too scared so I just accepted it and moved to another hotel.

The room was ok, no one bothered me. The receptionist was ok and very supportive. The room was comfortable, small but had big airy windows, good location, wide, clean and airy street. Cheap, next time I go to Saigon I will book to stay again.

The male receptionist was not well-trained to address my concern when I questioned how would they handle personal information. He indeed was so insecure and was ready to go on an argument with me to protect the hotel's “reputation” as if I was accusing them of wrongdoings. He was like “if you don't trust us then you should leave”.

The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic, very satisfied.
