Great location new property nice rooms good breakfast

I did like the kitchenette in a room but was not a fan of the sliding bathroom door or that the bathroom didn’t have an ac vent or an exhaust fan. The body wash, shampoo and conditioner and the hand soap were all in Dove bottles..but was definitely not Dove. I use Dove every day and it doesn’t do that to my hair. The receptionist also gave us the wrong receipt, so we ended up getting someone else’s personal information, and someone got ours. Kinda worrying

Amazing stay, truly! At this staybridge the staff is excellent, the breakfast was so good, the rooms were so clean! I cant express enough how greatful we were to experiance such friendly staff. Truly! You dont see "friendly" or willingness to help at hotels anymore. We WILL be back, 1000%

I booked a room with multi beds, but assigned a room with only 1 king bed. I was told that Hotels.com overbooked. Hanna, at the front desk, was very sweet. She tried helping me to get a room with 2 queen beds . But no luck. Thank you, Hanna for trying . Positive experiences at this hotel: it’s clean. Breakfast has a healthy option of fresh berries with oikos yogurt. Laundry is complimentary. Thank you .

It was a great room. Breakfast was good, but sausages all dried up and rubbery. Trash putside always overflowing. Everything else was good.

Cleanliness and the kitchenette

It wss very noisy with airplanes. The esr plugs were good. The people in the next room yelled and used foul language. The toilet wasnt working correctly. We had to plunge it ourselfs. When handed a plunger by the worker. We have stayed here before it was a vetter experience before.

The hotel and staff were great however the bathroom door in the room was very odd and provided little privacy. It was a sliding (kinda barn door style) door with no latch or lock with gap you could see through on the sides. We also had issue with it staying closed once closed. With a family of 6 yhis was a bit awkward at times. Really frustrating because besides the door the hotel was fantastic. It was very clean and the staff were friendly and accommodating.

Close to the expo hall where our event was taking place. The free breakfast buffet was very good and they have a coke machine !

The hotel was clean and seemed to be well maintained. The staff was not super friendly or efficient. They seemed to need more help for the reception and breakfast.

Beyond the quality of the food, I was also incredibly impressed by the cleanliness and overall hygiene of the entire establishment. This attention to detail is often overlooked, but it truly contributed to making my stay so enjoyable. Should I find myself needing accommodation near the Expo Center again, the Staybridge Suites will undoubtedly be my first and only choice. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking comfortable, clean, and affordable lodging in the area.

Having the planes fly over sounded like they were gonna land on the building. Now I know why they had ear plugs at the front desk. No one said what they were for.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and comfortable accommodations.
