The location of the hotel is very strategic. Just walking distance. The rooms are also clean.

small, clean and comfortable and quiet. everywhere is close. really recommended to stay here. there are homeless people, but they are not disturbing at all. 7eleven, coin laundry, public transportation are close. petaling street, kwai chai hong can be walked.

The hotel is clean, however quite small for 2 people. If 1 person would be suitable. Great location but next to quite a few homeless people.

Okay, this is the place. It's just that the room I got is small but that's okay. Because it's close to everywhere. Near the art market and Petaling 🙂

The room was really clean, tidy and cute! Just like on the photos! It was much smaller than it seems on the picture and it only had a small window, so might feel a bit claustrophobic if spending lots of time inside. The staff is very friendly and helpful and I would have stayed here again.

Everything was neat, clean and tidy, Facilities meet the expectations. fast response from staff. Sad cant extend 1 more night as it full on the next day. Will book again in the future.

The washroom is quite clean. Many homeless people in front of the hotel.

The staff is not very happy, the check-in process for guests is confusing, the guests are ok, the location is close to many places to go and next to the central market however.. there are a lot of homeless people in this area, sleeping around. 2 sides of the road and walkway. If you are female or traveling alone, it's best not to stay in Chinatown because it will be very dangerous at night ><

It was a great experience, both check in and check out was fast. Very near shopping and food area Central Market and Chinatown. Access was super easy near train station. Also near 7eleven. The one thing sad is there are a few of homeless people near the area. But other than that I'm satisfied, for sure recommend.

Clean and spacious room with large windows makes it more comfortable. Clean bathroom, complete with hot water, hairdryer and soap. The location is right next to the central market. Minus: the refrigerator is not working properly/not cold. For being close to the hotel, there are indeed many homeless people but they do not bother me and I prefer to walk through the central market so that it is more comfortable. The location is a bit far from the MRT (in my opinion the close version is under 200 m), so I rely more on buses and Grab

Really like the design of the hotel and rooms, the location is also strategic near the Central Market. Unfortunately, I didn't feel helped when I confirmed that I would check in today and wanted to leave my luggage, she said she couldn't and didn't have storage space. When I returned to the hotel at 1 pm because it was a hassle walking around with a suitcase (check-in time at 3 pm,. Other staff can help and there is storage space. What a joke. The doorman and Rubini was very helpful, the other woman at Receptionist was not.

Cool hotel. Complete amenities, available hair dryer, mini refrigerator, & safe. The room size is relatively spacious. The location of the hotel is strategic near Art Market & Petaling Street, but many homeless around the hotel.

The room is clean and bright. Hotel is next to Central market, then we can easily have a good meal and buy gift. They have friendly staff. There is just one minus point that next to the hotel there are many homeless people. Women who go at night should go in groups to ensure safety.

No words can describe how glad I am to stay here for 4 days! It was just amazing! The room is so tidy, smells so good! Near to everywhere. However many homeless around but I wouldn't be problem at all. I will definitely back here again!
