A family favorite when visiting Pangandaran. Although a bit far from the beach, the area is very impressive and comfortable.

1. Both the upper and lower toilets were not working properly. Technicians were dispatched four times during our three-day stay. Nothing was done. 2. We had to wait 30 minutes for ice cubes, but they didn't come. When we asked, we had to pay first. 3. We asked four hotel staff for swimming towels, but they ignored us. 4. We called the bellboy for 30 minutes, but he didn't come, even though it was low season. 5. The water was running, and the bathroom was not kept clean. 6. The sliding doors in two rooms were difficult to open. They asked for repairs, but they weren't fully fixed during our three-day stay.

An absolutely perfect hotel. Check-in was at 12 noon, and the room was ready. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. All the amenities were complete. The staff were very friendly, making us feel at home. I definitely recommend this hotel again if I'm in Pangandaran.

My family and I have stayed here twice. The first time was with my extended family. The second time was with just my younger family. For a hotel in Pangandaran, I think this is very comfortable. The food is delicious, and they provide recreational equipment like scooters, bicycles, and swimming rings. It's very comfortable.

It was a pleasant experience staying at The Allure Villas. From check-in, we were assisted with carrying luggage to our rooms, and the friendly reception staff were very helpful. The hotel facilities are well-maintained, with separate pools for kids and adults, bicycles for touring the hotel grounds, movie nights in the picnic area, and a restaurant with a varied menu. What made it memorable was Mr. Royadi's arrival at breakfast as a hospitality guest, asking for impressions and attending to guests' needs. Furthermore, Kang Asep is a champion in photography and videography. He goes all-out in helping customers capture the best moments and directing their style. Thank you, The Allure Villas, I want to bring my parents here next time.

I had paid well in advance for an extra bed and dinner, and there was a reminder on the morning of arrival, but by 3/4 pm when we arrived, the room still wasn't ready. Dinner was a bit disappointing; the menu wasn't very tasty for the price. I then rented a go-kart for 30 minutes, but after only 15 minutes, the battery was dead and I had to wait quite a long time to charge it. Finally, I was offered an electric bike for the remaining 15 minutes, which was a different price. Overall, my family was a bit disappointed with the service, as it wasn't worth the price.

The hotel staff were very friendly. My first villa happened to have some AC and water problems, but the hotel quickly resolved them.

I had a bad experience. Flooding from the drainage system in the bathroom made its way to the bedroom. The sink in the TV room is the same too. The air conditioner smells bad. Hopefully, the hotel management will carry out maintenance soon. When I came to the hotel last year, it wasn't as bad as it is now. ☹️

Only the sound of dangdut music in the neighboring village was noisy so it was a little disturbing.

Late check-in, accompanied by broken air conditioning. We were only able to enter our room at 4:00 PM. Room service was very poor, and no confirmation was given to the guest if any items were left behind.

The hotel is relatively new, the staff is super friendly, and there are two pools, one for kids and one for adults. The food is delicious, there are lots of activities for kids, and you can even have tea time. There's often a campfire in the middle of the park at night. Highly recommended.

The location is close to the beach, but far from the main road. This makes it highly recommended for a family staycation. The swimming pool is nice and the hotel facilities are excellent. There's a lack of hot water for showers.

It was a fun and enjoyable experience staying at The Allure Villas Pangandaran. It's a bit far from the beach, but the atmosphere in the villa itself makes you want to stay for a long time. It's perfect for those who want to stay in a group. Yesterday, eight of us (including 3 small children) found that the 2-bedroom villa was still very spacious and comfortable. It was like a small, compact house in the middle of a tropical island with 1 master bedroom with a double bed (either queen or king size), 1 bedroom with twin beds (which can accommodate four people), and 1 family room with a minibar. I wasn't disappointed because the 3-bedroom type was sold out. The activities inside were really fun: there were 2 large swimming pools, 1 bonfire area, photo booth, garden, wow, it was really beautiful. One thing that was a bit annoying was breakfast. Yes, we were late, we only went to the dining hall at 8 am, and it was already very crowded. The hallways are small, so it was a bit chaotic with people coming and going. Maybe the management can arrange it better so that even when there are lots of people, the flow doesn't get too messy. Nevertheless, thank you so much for the amazing experience. Will definitely come back again someday.

The music from the DJ in the pool area after Isha prayers until 10:10 PM was very loud and disturbed rest time.

The villa is nice, the service is good, the staff is friendly.
