Checked in at 2pm but the room was not cleaned yet. Had to wait 15 minutes then 10 minutes. Finally got to the room at 2:40pm. Room was not cleaned. No room spray, still had cobwebs. Been here many times but this time was too bad.

I booked an Ocean View room at Aura Panaroma. The room was very nice and clean, with a beautiful view of the sea and the city. The hotel is in the center so it is quite convenient to travel around, the surrounding area is full of restaurants, coffee shops... very convenient. Next time I go to NT, I will book Aura Panaroma again.

Recommend to stay ocean view where you can be chill whole day 😁

I'm on the 14th floor, street view, 32mv. Overall it's okay, the room is quite clean, basic furniture. The minus points are weak water flow, and the towels are no longer new.

There are a lot of small cockroaches here, towels are discolored, fridge is not plugged in, room smells

Parking the car charge 100,000 for 24hours but nobody noticed me so it charges 100,000 and 30,000 for 1st time parking. The owner should tell customer before the checking!

Staying at Parorama is very convenient, moving anywhere is convenient, 100m walk to the beach, sea view room with beautiful sunrise, ok service... if I have a chance to go to NT, I will come back.

The towels were very old and torn; The hangers were very old, broken and mixed of many kinds (colorful plastic ones, wooden ones, etc. Were mixed together which looked very messy); In general, it looks lack of care from the house owner.

View tầng 28 rất đẹp. Đối diện tháp Trầm Hương, di chuyển qua nhà hàng hay địa điểm tham quan gần. Lần sau chắc chắn sẽ ghé lại.

Cực kỳ tiện ích khi nghỉ tại Aura, nhân viên nhiệt tình. Rất vui, có một điều là phòng hơi có mùi một chút khi mở cửa phòng

Phòng rất rộng, sạch sẽ. Hướng ban công có thể ngắm mặt trời mọc. Dọn phòng mỗi ngày, nhân viên lễ tân dễ thương, dịch vụ phòng tốt

Vị trí ngay trung tâm, đi chơi các nơi đều rất thuận tiện. View phòng thẳng ra biển. Tuy nhiên, mình không vui với bên dọn dẹp phòng. Mình ở 2 đêm, đang trưa tầm 12h đang nghỉ trưa, dù đã ấn nút "Không làm phiền ở cửa", nhưng các chị vẫn tự nhiên mở cửa và đi vào không quan tâm chuyện có khách trong phòng, nên hơi khó chịu một chút. Còn lại tiện nghi, vị trí của phòng đều okay, không vấn đề.
