The female staff at the restaurant had no service mind at all. Plus, when checking out, they didn't let me wait for a taxi in the counter area. They also made the male staff drag the luggage that was waiting for a taxi into the snow. I wasn't impressed at all. Actually, I still had a ticket for breakfast, but I was afraid that I wouldn't make it in time for a taxi.

The room is spacious, clean, and close to odori station, close to everywhere.

I feel so satisfied with this hotel. The room has an disc player with bluetooth speaker, you can choose and borrow disc at Canvas Lounge. The rooftop has city view and Sapporo TV Tower, it's so cool! Its staff are also friendly and location is very close with the subway station.

Best location, good facility. Should be in your hotel list when you visit Sapporo!

Location is so great. It ' s next to Sapporo Tower so you can see the city and garden view from your room/on the rooftop. However, the room is too small for 3 people.
