3박4일이 아쉬웠네요. 대부분 영어를 구사하지만 일본인 특유의 그 일본어를 사용하면 더 좋아하는 게 눈에 보였어요. 숙소 근처에 맛집은 그닥 없어보여요. 호텔 지난보 레스토랑에서 저녁을 따로 두번 먹었는데 ㅠ샤브샤브 1인분에 6500엔이에여^^^^^^^^^^^ 정 갈데가 없으면 부페 드시는게 좋을듯 밤수영이 매력적이에오

All round a fantastic resort

The property is fine but overcrowded at the time we were there. There are few elevators and there were always lines to use them. Breakfast was also a nightmare. You had to wait long lines. The hotel suggested always to make reservations for breakfast, lunch and dinner days in advance. Honestly, the last thing I wanted being in vacation is to be forced to a schedule. Also, be aware that this property is targeted for families and young kids. Not recommend if you want quiet time.

전체적인 호텔의 상태가 너무 좋았습니다. 외부 식당과 거리는 조금 있었지만 너무 멀진 않았습니다. 수영장도 좋았고 모든 시설에 만족하였습니다.

The hotel has a little bit of a dated feel though I think they tried upgrading it a bit. Location on the island itself was good for us as we spent 3 days with activities northward from the hotel. The pool was great too! However, it is not beachfront & while we can walk there, to walk back it would be uphill. The shuttle is only every hour, so it is not as convenient as I would like. Check-in is 3pm, we arrived 2pm & the receptionist said our rooms were ready but would only let us in early for 2000yen/room. I felt that out if goodwill, they should at least let us have one room free of charge. It is only 1hr & the rooms are vacant & ready! That left a bit of a bad taste in my mouth. Parking is also chargeable at 1000yen for the stay. They have Eco Cleaning for housekeeping which meant they only change your towels & clearing trash. I think it should minimally include making of beds & also changing out used cups & mugs.

The property had several dining options available. They had a shuttle to and from the beach.

facilities only partially renovated but the rest like bath room is old and smelly. Staff unfriendly attitude, and pop up unexpected charges double the room charge for 3rd additional kid occupancy ( original 140K yen for room charge and asking for 140K yen for extra kid occupancy. This is like a blackmail and fairly I quit after the 1st night stay. If anyone plan stay in this hotel better aware of the ridiculous policy of Oriental group.

Good hotel, spacious room. Missing a pace to just get a coffee in the morning

It was fabulous. The club access was terrific. Only issue is that hotel doesn’t provide transport from airport. It’s over an hour by taxi and cost our family of 5 over $300 each way by taxi to and from airport.

The hotel has an amazing view, good activities, and delicious food.

I was disappointed that there were stains and dirt on the sofa. I don't like glass shower rooms.

My husband and I came here to conclude our trip around Japan. Our goal was to relax and enjoy! This was an excellent hotel with helpful staff, wonderful amenities, and comfortable rooms. We never needed to leave! I will warn, it is far from the center of Okinawa so be warned you’ll be far from activities.

The room size is amazing and there is also a washer dryer in my room. The room is super clean and functional. Daily basic housekeeping, should you need thorough cleaning you may book in advance.

I very much enjoyed my stay. The staff was very helpful and patient. Any questions asked it was answered with a smile. The rooms were big and refreshing.

Everything was way beyond my expectation. The room I booked was spacious and commanded a spectaculr view. Staff were invariably helpful, courteous, and accommodating in every sense. As the hotel is located in the middle section of Okinawa, I could venture into varying sites--north and south.
