Our room was 34°C. They claim that the AC was broken, but from previous reviews its clear that they dont have AC. There was no cold water or ice available in the hotel, and the loby and breakfast hall were also scorching hot. We were given supplementary breakfast and parking to compensate.

Nice rooms, beautiful hotel and good breakfast. But there was no warm water, cleanliness was lacking and the bar wasn't open.

The Vienna house Windham hotel is truly excellent for the money, the bed was very comfortable and the room was a lovely size. The ensuite was very good quality and worked well and the bar stuff and reception were friendly and they had a nice facilities there. Very nearby was a tram stop with direct links to the city centre and also nearby were a couple of decent cafes and a pizza place both of which were nice. The hotel had good quality secure parking and the breakfast was very nice.

Price does not match the quality here. Mold, which was not removed after pointing it out to the reception. Faulty lights in the room at the verge of falling down (or already coming out of the wall, see photos). Personnel is rather brash than friendly. They also tried to make me believe signing up for their rewards program was mandatory. Also enjoyed paying 19€ a night for parking... The location is quite a ways outside of the city, but at least you can get there within a 15min tram ride. Overall still disappointed.
