This is my third time staying at the Aggieland Boutique Hotel. It is a convenient location when visiting my son at Texas A&M. The hotel is going through renovations so there are a lot of workers on site and different areas of the hotel are messy and disrupted. Unfortunately for this day the air conditioning was not working in my room it sounded like it was going to explode. The shower head sprayed out a single stream of water. Again I stay here for convenience. But it typically shows better than it did this time. The staff is always very friendly. I hope once the renovations are completed that the overall care and look of this hotel improves.

The property was old and not kept up and in construction

The condition of the room was messy and the ceiling looked like they were still remodeling it.

Very thin walls...I heard everything, but still had a good value and very friendly staff!

Wonderful staff

Hotel is in renovation process. So far, the lobby and dining area look very nice . Staff was friendly and pleasant. The room was small and beds not very comfortable. The main issue for me was that there was no bath soap. The wall mount that could hold three the shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, only held one bottle which was conditioner (I’d prefer shower gel). Seems like they don’t want to fix small issues and let guests deal with it . Bfast was very decent. It’s reasonably priced. Not sure I’d stay again but depends on how the future renovations go .

From the moment we stepped in found the place incredibly inviting. the staff was amazing and very helpful. Breakfast Bar was unexpected they had a variety of options. 10/10 would definitely come back.

I would like to say that we arw disappointed that we could not experience the hotel that we reserved because the fro t desk person was not able to be found or available for the entire hour that we waited for service. After about 30 minutes we began calling around for an additional hotel for check in and was able to find another room luckily. This was a horribke experience after driving 2 hours and attending late night basketball games. Hopefulky this will be corrected in the near future.

It was a good value for the money. Under construction so that was a bummer. Very clean and convenient.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was fine and a great value for the price. I would definitely come again. The only downside is that the building was under construction so there was some noise and unfinished areas.

When I got there I was assigned a room on the 2nd floor. I went the AC and phone didn't work. I let front desk know and I was moved across from that room and the same thing AC and phone didn't work. The front desk then told me that floors 1 and 2 were in the renovating process. She then moved me to the 3rd floor and it was so much better. The 3rd floor you can feel the breeze and it wasn't muggy and hot. My room was perfect. The front desk receptionist was very kind. The hotel is nice love the big lobby and breakfast area. The breakfast was very good. I didn't get a chance to try the pool due to construction employees taking up the pool in each corner and drinking. But I do recommend the hotel when visiting the university.

Just needed a clean bed & safe night. Met the very basics. Felt it was overpriced . Should have been $70-$80. Bathroom extremely unsafe , very slippery.

The room was filthy and property did not disclose it was under construction until we got there. We have requested a full refund as the rooms were disgusting and not acceptable

All in all, the hotel stay was great. Good location. Seemed to be a lot of construction going on at the hotel. We assumed they were doing upgrades. Additionally, one of the 2 elevators always seemed to be out-of-service.

Clean, good location, great breakfast

The staff was all very helpful and pleasant. The decor of this place was beautiful. The food taste like home cooked meals. The bar was a time. Overall hads down 5 out of 5 star hotel. Even while under construction renovations.

We were in just for the night for a graduation and were a little worried based on the outside of the building - we were pleasantly surprised, time and time again! Megan took care of us at the bar with some amazing drinks, and the room was incredibly spacious and the decor was just cool. Wish we could've stayed longer.

Breakfast was excellent. Lady that cooked breakfast was so kind, and cleaning constantly. The check in staff was very knowledgeable, quick, and super friendly.
