The hotel is under reconstruction and not as advertised. The entire first floor is being renovated and loud noises prevented naps/relaxing. Tried to be refunded but was denied. Terrible experience

A well presented and functional hotel. Close to the city centre. Parking availability is a big bonus.

Wonderful Stay! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect — close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

Pretty basic hotel..Lack of English understanding reception staff. Very uncomfortable beds and pillows. Location of light switch near the mattress corner meant almost everytime you moved on the mattress the light would switch on or off. Good central location and working AC. Clean rooms, polite cleaning staff. Reasonable decor. TV not having phone mirroring facility and shower door kept getting stuck..

Terrible staff and we weren’t allowed to have more than two towels per room or have any extra pillows.

Its very close the city center (Hbf etc.) and near to tram station. But depend on that a little bit noisy. There are only 2 elektric plugin in the room. 4 people room and 2 plugin is horrible. Everybody has phone, watch etc and only lucky 2 can charge. :/

Really accessible for Dusseldorf on the tram/ metro network. Reasonably priced and everything was just fine

The Ladie at the reception was very nice and helpful, thanks for looking so well after me and my family. The place was clean and very close to the city.

Hotel was in great condition and clean--reasonably priced. The location is the downtown area near the train station. This area is ethnically diverse. Some of the buildings are covered with graffiti, initially giving a little concern about safety, but, when we walked through the area, we felt relatively safe--people were friendly. The hotel has a gated parking lot that seems to have surveillance to provide safety for vehicles parked there--reasonable parking price. Staff was helpful in assisting us to find a restaurant to eat at in the later evening. Unfortunately, on arriving at that restaurant, we learned that we needed a reservation. The restaurant referred us to a pizzaria a few blocks away. The menu included pizza, but also all sorts of pasta meals cooked under the direction of the Italian immigrant owner and his wife. Our meals were delicious and authentic, and the atmosphere was cozy, friendly, and informal. The owner came to our table, and we had a friendly conversation with him in the little Italian we could speak. We really enjoyed this mom-and-pop restaurant with good food and friendly, family-centered staff. We enjoyed staying at this nice, reasonably-priced hotel with friendly staff, and we enjoyed getting to know some of the area, as we went out to eat. We have pleasant memories from our stay, as we prepared to fly out from Duesseldorf.

Good budget hotel, had 1 night stay and it was more than adequate for business trip, staff helpful and room clean Close to main road so some early morning traffic noise

Good value and location. Hotel very new, clean and well appointed. Shower fantastic! Rooms quiet despite busy street outside. Breakfast was OK but others are much better and better value too. Confusion over whether we had paid for breakfast, but not a big problem.
