Great customer service from ALL staff that I interacted with. Decent comfortable mattresses. It’s a new building. And it’s located right by a shopping area with multiple stores, restaurants and a movie theater.

Really nice place. The only thing i can say is that i didn't like how the shower wall doesn't move, close or go all the way to the end. It's pretty much wide open We put a towel on the floor cause yes water gets on the floor not bad though

The only thing that irritated us were that they closed breakfast service early on the day we were checking out. But the front desk did get me Starbucks so no harm done. The housekeeping staff came in even with our do not disturb displayed out on the entry handle. We still had an hour to check out. She apologized several time.

I really liked the the walking accessibility to dining and shopping options. Bianca and Tiffany were very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff and comfortable room!

Best stay to unwind without holiday madness. Check in desk staff were welcoming and professional. The room was spotless and spacious! The only disappointment is that the kitchen was closed. I wish we had known that there would be no breakfast on Christmas Day. At check in I was told the hours for breakfast and when I walked down, there was nothing. My Christmas Day still went well but I had a moment of sadness!

Great stay!

Excellent stay. Our 2nd time staying at this location. We did notice however, a decline in a few amenities from our previous stay a few years ago. Overall, a great hotel and in a very convenient location. Will likely stay here again anyways.
