The girl at the reception was so mean she act like she wanna kick me out at the check out and push to pay for the Parking I even don’t have a car .. , they need to train their staff

Whilst the rooms are lovely & modern it’s very disappointing that they don’t offer any disposable shower caps. I’ve stayed at this property twice for location to Bahnhof. I‘ve enquired at the front desk and their policy is no. It would be far better if they had some on hand in case a guest asked for one

A fairly new hotel 5 mins walk to centre of town. The brewery there has the best beer and food. On arrival I was told to move my car because I had not booked the car park, but no one said you needed to. The reception young girl was not welcoming at all, the most unfriendly welcome - not rude but she was just so miserable. Breakfast was ok, just average. Poor selection of cereals and fruit.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen und die Ausstattung ist gut und modern. Personal ist sehr entgegenkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gibt Parkplätze. Auch für Elektroautos gibt es Ladestationen. Mein Zimmer war ein Einzelzimmer und hatte eine kleine Küche enthalten mit einer Kaffeemaschine, was wirklich sehr entgegenkommend war. Ein bisschen schwierig war die Bedienung der Klimaanlage, die war ziemlich kühl eingestellt. Aber ansonsten ein rundherum guter und schöner Aufenthalt ….sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Parkplätze waren ausreichend vorhanden.

Perfektes Hotel, gerne wieder!

Sehr moderner Flair mit Bezug zu Steinmüller, es hängen Bilder des Steinmüllerwerks in den Fluren und im Zimmer. Sehr hervorzuheben ist die Verbindung zwischen alter und moderner Atmosphäre. Allerdings wird nicht daraufhingewiesen, dass der Strom nur dann funktioniert, wenn die Zimmerkarte in den Kartenhalter geschoben wird (welcher sich neben der Tür befindet). - Ich muss aber sagen, dass es sehr fortschrittlich gedacht ist!

Schönes Hotel mit großen Zimmern in ruhiger Lage. Fussläufig zur Innenstadt und zur Schwalbe-Arena.

There was no aircondition and the room was like 28 degrees. We changed rooms couple of times. There is no restaurant for food other then breakfast. So you can’t even get a pack of chips. The people working there was nice but there’s simply not enough facilities for it make it a comfortable stay for business trips
