This property is absolutely beautiful—peaceful, quiet, and truly felt like a retreat. We stayed in two rooms: one on the main level with a bedroom and a living area with a pull-out couch, and another on the second level with two full bedrooms and bathrooms. Both spaces included a small dining area, refrigerator, stove, and sink, which made them feel like mini apartments. The location was ideal—within walking distance to most major attractions and the train station. The staff were warm, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. We also enjoyed breakfast on-site, and the food was excellent. As is typical in Italy, there’s no air conditioning. It was in the 60s during our visit, so it wasn’t an issue, but it could be a consideration during the hotter months. That said, I would absolutely stay here again.

We specifically looked for a hotel with air conditioning and even though their website says it has air conditioning, they informed us that it could not be turned on until mid April. The rooms were terribly hot when we were there and we couldn’t open the windows due to mosquitoes. Total false advertising with no disclaimer. The ladies at the desk were super nice but the guy seemed like he couldn’t care less. Location is on very narrow street that in addition had construction that made it a mess.

Nice property in a good location. Short walk to everything. Bus stop is a short walking distance. All the staffs are very welcoming, alwas smiling. Francesco is very helpful and accomodating. Excellent breakfast. Free bottled water and snacks. The room was cleaned everyday. I would stay here again if we come back to Florence.

Corte Guelfa was fantastic. Beautiful and tucked away, but very close to the center of everything. The staff was very helpful and kind. It was the best stay experience I have had in Florence after being these almost ten times.

This hotel was amazing and very accommodating to meet all of my families needs. What a great breakfast and they greeted us with the most courteous manner. Anything we needed was obtained by just asking. Great stay and would not hesitate to stay with them again. Aundreya's was just awesome and went out of his way to make us comfortable

We had a girls trip to Florence and stayed at the hotel. Such a lovely boutique hotel walking distance to station, shops, tourist attractions and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Great breakfast too. Would highly recommend.

They were very accommodating after Expedia messed up the amount of people we had. Room was very spacious.

We had a wonderful stay at this property during our 2 night visit to Florence. In room amenities were great and very clean and comfortable. Really lovely and helpful staff and a the property was just far enough outside the main tourist attractions so it was quiet and calm for our kids

We enjoyed our stay. The staff was very accommodating and kind. The room was cleaned daily, the air conditioning was cold, and the water pressure and temperature were perfect. It’s a great location if you don’t mind walking.

Clean, modern look, quiet, spacious apartment of 2 bed and 2 bath. Very good communication before our arrival.

The hospitality was exceptional and the service was superb. They even let us stored our luggages and let us stay in the lounge while waiting for our train ride back to Venice. Gunther was funny and very entertaining. Andrea also was very nice offering us water, soda and some snacks while waiting for our time to leave. Breakfast was exceptional. They prepared everything on the spot and have free water and sodas in the room.
