Check in too far too long with only one person at check in counter. Room was new and clean. Staff and experience at the wilde on 27 was ridiculous. Have been there twice before and would never return. Took forever to get seated and order even though the place barely had 10 people in it. No wonder it was empty! The view is nice and thats about it!

Excellent hotel. Front desk was understaffed at check in, however, the person on duty was good. Toiletries were sparse- no shower cap, body lotion. Enjoyed the Wilde Restaurant.

Overall, it was a nice stay. Spacious space for 2 queens, and clean room. Beds were little soft for our liking. Helpful staff. Only complaint was the noise at night. It was Friday night. There must have been an event with a DJ. It was quiet at midnight but for some reason the music and voices escalated around 2am. The sound vibration woke me up. Finally ended at 3am! We were on the 6th floor. If you are a sensitive sleeper, ask for higher floor.

This hotel was very centrally located in the downtown area. We enjoyed being able to walk to different sites and restaurants. The staff were so nice and helpful with what to do and eat in the area. A nice, clean, roomy hotel.

There was just a fire alarm sounding so loud for like half an hour (Not their fault), other than that everything was perfect, I would love to stay there again in the near future.
