Our stay at Courtyard by Marriott Calgary Downtown was truly exceptional! From the moment we walked through the doors, we felt genuinely welcomed. A heartfelt thank you to Inna, whose warmth, professionalism, and genuine kindness made such a wonderful first impression. She greeted us with a smile that instantly made us feel at home. To our delight, the hotel had also prepared a thoughtful anniversary gift for us. It was such a meaningful surprise and a beautiful reminder that true hospitality is found in the little details. The hotel itself is modern, comfortable, and perfectly located in the heart of downtown Calgary. But what made this stay truly memorable wasn't just the beautiful property—it was the people. The sincere care and attention we received made us feel like valued guests rather than just visitors. Thank you to Inna and the entire team for making our wedding anniversary so special. We left with wonderful memories, and there's no question where we'll stay the next time we're in Calgary!

The room was exceptionally clean. The bed is comfortable. Over all the room is perfectly fine. I stayed for 2 nights, I went out the next day and when I came that night my room was cleaned. I am very satisfied with the service. Will definitely be stay again.

everything is good except no parking lot have to pay $55a day for valet

The staff

I liked the location as it was close to the C train so easy to get around the city where I needed to go. The building was very quiet and the staff were very friendly. Breakfast was OK, toast was cold and the oatmeal had what looked like peanut butter and jam on top that was not very appetizing, otherwise the coffee and service was excellent.

Very nice property in downtown Calgary, well maintained and clean. Breakfast at Bistro Novelli is a must have 👍

We were told the valet was full upon arrival, then we were accidently checked into a pet friendly room (we were not travelling with pets). Then after a long wait at the front desk we were put into a different room. Staff was unpleasant in assisting us through the whole experience.

My room was in the 14th floor. Quiet , clean and a nice view .

Staff were extremely helpful even though we got there early. They found a room ready for us. Lovely room with all facilities. Only flaw was no ice machine on our floor and can't get to other floor without going to reception

Enjoyed the hotel but there's no self-parking. You are forced to use the valet.
