Great place to stay and easy to get to the sights. A plus if you want to cook in, an Aldi is close by. The pool was fabulous after a long hot day of sightseeing. Our room was very quiet and spacious. The bed was very comfy as well, wish there were smaller bed pillows along with the ones provided.

The family suite is HUGE! If you have a family, innately recommend this hotel. It has a kitchenette with dishwasher and fridge. There’s a supermarket 5 minutes away by foot and 150 yards from Las Setas. Fantastic location and extremely clean. One more thing, there is a washer and dryer at the hotel free for guests from 3 pm to 8 pm.

A really lovely stay. Beautiful apartment, friendly and helpful staff. Excellent location. Walking distance to everything. Some basic thoughtful provisions in the kitchen were really useful and appreciated. 10/10!

The place was very clean. Staff were very courteous. We rented a 1 bedroom with a sofa bed in living room. Sofa bed was comfortable. It was very convenient to have a kitchenette. Washer/dryer was available although hours are very limited but we still appreciated having it available to us. It was ~ 20 min walk to the Cathedral and Alcazar for me but only a couple of blocks to Setas. There were a lot of restaurants nearby. Pool was open but we didn’t get to use it as weather was not hot enough for us.

What made our stay better than most was the front desk clerk, Federico. We asked advice on where to eat and best place for Flamenco, and everything he recommended was spot on. Federico deserves 6 Stars.

We loved the room itself, the extremely comfortable beds and pillows (even the fold-out couch bed!) We really appreciated and enjoyed the included water, fruit, and snacks, and the bathroom and shower were wonderful. We'll definitely be staying there again next trip to Sevilla!

Loved the terrace! Room was well equipped and newly remodeled and was quiet while having a great street view. Staff were helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend a visit.

The hotel is in the excellent location. It’s best for the 1st time visiting Seville. Walkable to all the major attractions. It’s basically next to Setas De Seville. We went there again after 10pm to see the night lights. Do save your ticket for the night time. The hotel room is very nice and spacious. It has a large living room and separate bed room. The bathroom is a bit small but there is kitchen sink can be used. The front desk is courteous and very helpful. We were very pleased to stay there.

Excellent location, central to all shops, restaurants, Cathedral and other key attractions. Hotel was clean, well staffed, and always polite and helpful. If we return to Seville, we will only be staying here.

The hotel’s location is extremely convenient, very close to the city center of Seville and within walking distance of all the main sightseeing attractions. The room was very clean, well maintained, and a good size. Everything was comfortable and in great condition. The gentleman at the front desk was especially kind and helpful. He showed us the map, recommended places to visit, and shared useful local tips, which helped us a lot. Thank you! I only wish we could have stayed longer. Seville is a beautiful city, and this is a wonderful hotel to enjoy it from.

Fantastic value for money in a central location. Each member of the team were friendly, approachable and delivered excellent customer service. We felt very well looked after during our stay. Our air conditioning unit developed a problem late at night and the member of the team on reception could not have done more to assist. We moved rooms and found both rooms to be very clean and well equipped. We look forward to our next visit to Seville and staying at Aquitania again!

Quisiera presentar una queja respecto al trato recibido por parte de la recepcionista Ana. Su comportamiento fue inapropiado, poco profesional y, en mi experiencia, innecesariamente confrontacional. La situación ocurrió simplemente porque mi ropa se encontraba en la lavadora. No existía razón para reaccionar de manera ofensiva ni desafiante. Considero que el trato hacia los huéspedes debe mantenerse respetuoso en todo momento, independientemente de la circunstancia. Adicionalmente, me gustaría señalar que, aunque la propiedad anuncia disponer de servicio de lavandería, en la práctica este servicio presenta numerosas restricciones de horario y uso, lo cual dificulta considerablemente su acceso. Esto genera inconvenientes para los huéspedes y da una impresión engañosa sobre la disponibilidad real del servicio. Quiero destacar que el resto del personal de recepción fue amable y profesional. Sin embargo, la actitud de Ana no refleja los estándares de atención al cliente que se esperan en este tipo de establecimiento. Agradecería que se tomen las medidas necesarias para mejorar tanto la atención al cliente como la claridad en la información sobre los servicios ofrecidos.

Great location. Room facilities all good. Kitchenette with microwave, electric hob, kettle, nespresso machine, fridge freezer, daily water. Roof top pool area decent. Staff friendly. Recommend.

Great location - can walk to anywhere. Room was beautiful. We enjoyed drinks and snacks on the rooftop one evening. Our kids swam in the pool- though it was much like a cold plunge as it’s not heated.
