My aircon was not working, so I was moved to another room. This is ok, but the receptionist who moved me was, well disinterested, no apologies. The whole thing left a bad impression with me.

Very nice hotel, nice decor, nice big rooms, good shower and staff very nice. Gym is small but good for a quick workout. Lift very fast and goes straight to underground car park. Lidl next door also which is really handy!

Lots of good things. Centrally located, comfortable rooms, helpful staff. However in very cold conditions we had a real problem with getting our room heated on one day of our stay

Amazing view, at least from 9th floor. Best location in Szczecin, close to everything.
