Great place. Close to the main square. Clean and good value. Would recommend.

The hotel is a historic hotel, yes it is old but it is charming, clean and offers a a basic breakfast (yogurts, cereals, fruit, breads, ham,cheese, jams and the lovely women will make eggs however you like. The staff is A++++++ very helpful and kind. I made a mistake w my reservation and they accommodated my change efficiently. Location: close to everything but there are restaurants near the hotel that played loud music late at night; our room was on the first floor away from the street and heard nothing. The heater in the room worked great. It is a modest hotel, but you get a lot of value for the price. I would stay here again! Thank you to the staff for their hospitality!

I had an amazing stay. The location was super close to everything, which made getting around easy. The staff was great—especially the woman who worked the night shift with short hair, she was phenomenal. My room was spacious for a solo traveler, very clean, and I felt safe the entire time. Definitely would recommend anyone to stay. If you have a bad knee or leg do not book, no elevator (the only downside).

A charming hotel from 1933. Rustic beauty. The staff was absolutely lovely. The receptionist even bandaged my dog bite!

Everything but the loudness was good. We couldn’t sleep very well due to the loud music from bars as well as being able to hear doors closing & people talking in the hotel in the middle of the night. The staff was very understanding when we had to cancel additional nights b/c of the noise issues. The staff was helpful and friendly and the property is cute!

Terrible experience. The staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and did not speak English at all, which made communication impossible. The room was freezing all night with no proper heating. The hotel is very old and poorly maintained, absolutely not worth the money. They couldn’t even provide a simple cocoa drink. On top of that, the hotel is on a party street with drunk people making noise all night — impossible to rest. Do not waste your money; there are much better hotels nearby for the same rate.

Very close to the Plaza of Armas, the staff is very friendly and accommodating. The room was good for a 3 star hotel, it does its job.

The location for this hotel is great if you want to be close the historic area for walking tours of Cusco. It was super convenient for our tours because the meeting point was often set at La Plaza de Armas. Room was always tidy and the shower was nice and warm - which was different from some of our other stays in Peru. All the staff were so incredibly nice. And one of the best things was that if you had activities planned early in the morning, they would pack us breakfast to take with us. I’ve never experienced that, and it was so generous!

Very central hotel just off Placa Mayor del Cusco. The hotel has a very cozy interior with balcony’s and old fashion design. Clean rooms, very friendly staff, silent rooms, good beds and decent breakfast. Highly recommended!

Very clean, very conveniently located, very nice staff, good breakfast. Handsome hotel space. It’s across from a bar where they party into the night and you can faintly hear the music. Earplugs are provided. I used a white noise app on my phone and it was fine.

Basic hotel right of the main square in Cusco. For the price, I was happy with the hotel. My only real complaint was the wi-fi wasn't great and kept going out for short durations and was slow when it was working. The staff were super friendly and helpful. There is a ton of of restaurants and shops in the area around the main square. It is super busy at all times in the area though so if you are looking for a low-key spot, you might consider another option, away from the main square. That being said, I had no issues with noise in my room, which was located in the back of the hotel.

Great location and the best staff. Rooms are very comfortable. It is on a very noisy street, which was difficult when trying to get a good night’s rest.
