Good location from the train station, 11mins walk. Good location for the main high street, which you walk down for the Catherderal. Expensive though for the size of room and general facilities. Breakfast for that price point was average at best, some aspects being poor. We also had ants in the bathroom which where dealt with promplty but at £350 per night I expected more

Convenient location very close to Milano Centrale Station. Rooms are newly renovated.

The staff was very welcoming, they suggested a great restaurant and gave us free vouchers for their bar. The room was clean and comfortable.

Good value and near the train station. Quality hotel with large room and good staff.

A great example of a hotel designed to make it easy and convenient for the staff, rather than for the guests. Generally a lack of information (why have a list in the lift of breakfast, bar, etc. without stating which floor each of these facilities are on?!). Also, there is no kettle or coffee machine in the room. You can ask them to bring you one, but why would I do that? Just have these conveniences in the room, else it isn't convenient. Same with menus, why have QR codes when you can just have a menu in the room? Why should I connect to the internet, scan a code, try and browse your terrible incomplete website, when you can just print a menu?

Great option for avoiding the crowded city center while still being well connected with the subway station just a block away.

No parking near hotel if u have car or friends visiting with a car u can't park They got like 2 parking for hotel staff only So don't come with a car Reception staff rooms facilities location all great

I'll start with disadvantages Booked junior suite no soda in it just 2 single chairs not comfy so after long day U can't rest on sofa and relax I needed late check out after 4 nights in junior suite they couldnt do it told me fully booked even though no cues on reception looked empty Gym needed more machines Advantages Reception staff are so professional and helpful Room is new furnished so clean Room is so quiet u can sleep forever Location is great in Buenos ires street Security staff are helpful especially Mr Nader Coffe machine in the room

Excellent location near lines red and green of the metro. Excellent staff very friendly and very helpful. Nice hotel, bit limited on dining options. Good buffet for breakfast.

Staff were very amicable and polite. The actual room was really cosy and perfect for two. Hundred percent recommend and would definitely stay here again.
