Hotel Pearl refused the booking in spite of confirmation from Hotels.com . I booked 2 rooms and made to wander around Madurai in the 10 pm to find other options .

I don’t know whether it is Hotels.com problem or Hotel Pearls problem but we suffered in necessarily
