We had a great stay at this property! Ginger my sister and I along with our kids, checked into two rooms after 9 PM one evening and it was a quick, pleasant experience. Everything was spotless, the room was well stocked, the staff was very hospitable. The next morning, the complementary breakfast was great! We will definitely stay there again when we are in the area.

I stayed on the 3rd floor and smelled really bad, including my room. I was surprised because the lobby smelled pleasant, but the 3rd floor was really bad!

The staff was accommodating, courteous, and helpful. The pool was clean and just the right size. The weight room had everything I needed. Breakfast was your typical breakfast but had so many choices and replenished frequently.

Clean and quiet

We loved that it was in very close distance to SeaWorld and so many places to choose from for dinner breakfast . Walmart was just down the street aswell.

If you want to sleep in, this property is not for you. Family oriented, but that means doors are slamming in the morning, kids are running around making noose in the hall. BUT they have comfy beds and clean rooms.

Comfy rooms and beds. Staff was friendly and helpful. Only thing I didn’t like was we tried to sleep in after 9am and doors were slamming open and shut. It was very noisy. Kids were screaming and running down the hall.

The only thing I didn’t like was doors slamming and kids screaming. We were trying to sleep in around 9AM and could hear constant doors slamming closed. Clean hotel though, very comfy beds.

My AC went out at my home. I had to stay at a hotel until for a couple of days. It was so comfortable, clean and quite. My mom and slept comfortably.

Staff was friendly and accommodating.

Conveniently located. Rooms were not well kept, dirty toilet and shower doesn't drain well. Service request was not done for 1 of the 3 days. For a new hotel it could be way better.

Loved how friendly the staff were and how informative the security guard was and overall just a wonderful experience
