La chambre est belle et rénovée mais manque d’entretien, mes draps etaient tachés mais j’ai eu un bon service pour les faire changer. Une des serviettes était usée à la corde et une débarbouillette était taché comme si quelqu’un c’était lavé les pieds avec. Il y a une bordure dans la douche et la moisissure noir reste en dessous et lorsque l’on part la douche ça tombe noir dans la douche seulement parce qu’ils ne l’ont jamais lavé. L’extérieur de l’hôtel et l’intérieur ne sont pas entretenus, les plates bandes sont plein de mauvais herbes et des choses traînent dehors. À l’intérieur de l’hôtel le tapis d’entrée et la cage d’escalier et escaliers sont dûs pour un lavage de tapis et balayeuse car plein de gravier. Le problème est vraiment l’entretien car sinon nous avons bien dormi. Si l’équipe d’entretien ferait son travail, ça serait très bien.

La chambre était correcte. L’air climatisé faisait, énormément de bruit et les rideaux ne fermaient pas correctement. Les corridors et escaliers sont pas très propre. Je crois pas retourner la un jour.

The room was clean. However the stairs leading to the third floor were dirty with a carpet which seemed to be laden with dust. The drains in the wash basin and the tub were slightly choked which led to slow drainage of waste water so they need to be thoroughly cleaned.

Très belle accueil et suivi du service à la clientèle. Chambre très bien et propre. Tranquille malgré la proximité du boulevard.

The room was dirty, sheets stained, hairs in bathroom. Nice view and not too noisy even if it's next main road. The bar downstairs is not worth it as they invent the prices of the drinks.

No elevator. We booked 4 rooms all are located in 3rd floor tough to carry the luggage and difficult for Senior citizens to reach room in 3rd floor.

The bed sheet was never changed and found a chewed coffee stirring rod together with the clean ones. It's not only our room but another couple from our group entered their room and found that their toilet was not cleaned and full of poop. Just too bad because the location was close to the water and besides a bar.

Very comfortable beds, clean, for 1 night was perfect

Did not like all the stairs we had to climb
