Nice place, very clean, friendly and smel wonderful. Good breakfast, good location, good everything.

One of the best we’ve stayed in!

Friendly helpful staff, very clean, safe, excellent facilities and 15mins walk to the nearest metro stop but bonus the hotel offers a limited free shuttle service to the station for guests.

Enjoyed my stay, check in was straight forward and was provided with all the information i needed, room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent with a good choice of items. The bar and coffee shop were both popular meeting places and all staff were helpful and friendly. Overall an enjoyable stay.

The staff was very pleasant and the hotel met all of my expectations. I would definitely return in the future.

Great hotel.

Quieter place. Free shuttle to the metro is a plus. A good walking distance even without the shuttle. If you’re after a place within the action, the Marina area is the place. Hotel is clean. Carpet dated with stains and the freshener at the lobby is overwhelming. Guest services very friendly and always with a smile

Very comfortable bed, good size room with tea and coffee making facilities. Included buffet breakfast great for setting up the day and evening meals available. Area, Barsha heights, has good transport options and lots of reasonably priced places to eat in the evening.

Not the greatest location.. restaurant breakfast time over crowded, they didn’t change bed sheets- had to tell them to. They need a heated. Pool

I really liked the location, very convient to get about in taxi, 20_30 minutes journey to alot of places, beaches, the palm, global village, dubai mall. Really enjoyed eating at the Bench Restaurant and Cafe which was a 3 minute walk from the hotel. Beds at this hotel were very comfortable, i got a good nite sleep here. Breakfast options where great everyday, especially the mixed veg omelette and the south Indian dishes. Everyone at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. But the location of this hotel was the best

Really good all round , only thing is i wish the cleaners would take rubbish away from the room without me specifically telling them

Although not in downtown Dubai it is very convenient with plenty of access to public transportation. Expressway is very close for those driving. Our room was clean and comfy, and we used the free underground parking which is a definite plus. Toads Pub in the second floor is great place to unwind after a busy day of roaming around Dubai, especially for Premier League fans.

Nice hotel clean staff professional helpful any time

I had to request change of linens and comforters on day-3. I noticed it was never a new/washed bedsheet. I saw blood spots on day-3.They should always be changing new linens regardless as if a new customer to be using every day. The bath towels had urine and sweat smell on last day of my stay. I complained this to front desk and except for apology nothing else was offered for eg. Some refunds as it was a terrible stay.

Great Hotel, very friendly and attentive staff. Great breakfast, good Housekeeping staff. Nice surrounding area and great proximity for the City centre, and not forgetting free secure parking!
