We enjoyed our family stay. Good breakfast, clean rooms and location was walking distance to many food choices. It was sad that the jacuzzi was broken those days as we were looking forward to an evening of relaxation. Maybe next time.

Our family had an awesome stay. The rooms are nice and clean. The breakfast was delicious and breakfast staff were really nice and kept the eatery clean the whole morning. Our only complaint was that the bathroom door on our room didn't lock. That was weird. Otherwise, the staff was great and we will definitely stay there again.

We were coming to the end of a 7 day road trip through Bryce and Zion and this is our final overnight stay before heading back to LA. This is our first time staying at Home 2 Suite and is the most comfortable hotel I've ever stayed in. The place was very clean with many kitchenette accommodation provided. Because of that we decided to just stay in and finish off our camping food. Aside from being exhausted, I felt very relaxed at this place and was sad that we only stayed one night. The staff were extra friendly which means a lot these days since services with a smile seems to be non existent in CA. The breakfast provided were typical standard breakfast with the room reservation but it was satisfying. I would recommend staying at this place.

Friendly staff, good location for us and the facilities are clean.

The bed linens could have been better. Comforter was really thin.

Was in the area Visiting family and this was a nice hotel. I would book here again. They had a good breakfast in the morning for a hotel and everyone was nice. The room was nice and roomy for me, my husband and my daughter.

We were in town for a tournament and this place was a great room and the price was great. Very clean and quiet and the neighborhood seemed nice. Staff was friendly. No issues at all.

Nice and quiet

I stay at this property roughly every 6 months. The staff is amazing and I am loving seeing ones who have been there before. I am always welcomed warmly and have never had trouble with any reservation. The coffee and tea in the lobby is wonderful to have. It is clean, maintained (the not tub was shut down for maintenance) and everything is in order. The breakfast is wonderful with great choices and the breakfast staff is exceptional. I feel safe in this neighborhood and the room has everything I need to make a comfortable stay. I always so back to this hotel because it checks every box for me.

Room rate was very expensive especially when you consider how far away from the Vegas Strip this hotel was.

The room was large, clean, and comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing. Not a large selection or variety on different days. Overall very nice and I would definitely stay again.

Very clean with large rooms. Amazing breakfast also. Only complaint is the beds, they aren’t the best but aren’t the worst either.

Trip started terribly with an awful customer service experience from Shatara as we were traversing a snow storm coming into town. Hands down worst interaction with hotel staff I’ve ever had. She should not be interacting with customers on any level. However as shocking as that interaction was, Patrick, the manager immediately resolved our concerns and promptly remedied everything. He’s energy, attitude and empathy was exactly what was needed. Our perception from our initial interaction immediately took a 180 after speaking with him. The rest of the stuff also was friendly and helpful. We are grateful for Patrick’s efforts. He is the epitome of what one would want in any type of situation that we were dealing with. He and the remaining staff were what you want in any hospitality setting.
