It was a love and hate relationship. The room was great! Very modern and spotless! But the staff wasn't kind enough. And the worst part was the wifi didn't connect for 3 nights! Yes I bought my own softbank card but while the wifi broken at the same time I also couldn't use my softbank properly. I don't know why. So yes for 3 nights after I back to my room I was like living in a cave. I did complain but the staff was like ‘ yeah, can't help’ with no apology:/they gave me free drink but after 2 nights in a row you want connectivity not free bland tea. The location was at Tanukikoji, but it was on the last section and old Tanukikoji.
