Room was at end of property on first floor, certainly one of the worst location. (Avoid rooms 115 and next unit numbers) Room and Bed sheets appeared worn out and questionably clean. Water Bottle was not refilled on second day Parking inside the hotel is always full. They have another lot a little bit outside Free Breakfast was a joke. Very limited choice (cannot choose regular menu items) and super small portion size. Too bad because their restaurant looks pretty nice and menu has a lot of variety with normal/bigger portion size. So if you choose this hotel for the free breakfast, forget it. Choose a better (and cheaper) hotel but you can go to their restaurant to enjoy a nice brunch.

Great location, rooms a bit small for the price and beat up.my room was close to the pool so it was noisy.

The location is central and very walkable, and parking right in front of the room is a big plus. The front‑desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows, the AC and hot water worked well, the TV was decent, and the property was clean overall. The on‑site French coffee and pastry shop is a nice touch. On the downside, the toilet is old and small, the shower space is very tight, and the sink faucet was loose. The included breakfast at the restaurant across the street was not impressive for the caliber of the restaurant or the price of the stay. We stayed two days but only ate the included breakfast once and chose to pay for breakfast elsewhere the next day. Overall, it’s a convenient and well‑located property with comfortable basics, friendly staff, and a few maintenance issues, along with a disappointing breakfast.

The staff was nice and hotel was clean, but the beds were too firm for my back. I asked if they had different beds to switch rooms but was told all beds are firm.

Friendly staff. Great downtown location. I felt safe as an older solo female. Car was secure. Free on sight parking fantastic! Nice shower. Good fresh basic breakfast. All good, but bring your own pillow.

My room had no shampoo nor body wash and I noticed until next morning and I was hurry to leave. Good thing I brought my own soap.

Stayed here for location but left disappointed by the condition. The best parts were the central location — I could walk everywhere — and the staff. They were genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was solid, and I had no issues with AC or hot water. But the property is really showing its age. My room had a shower drain that backed up and smelled awful. Worse, the pool and hot tub were dirty enough that I didn’t want to use them. Given the state of the facilities, I can only suggest this place if you’re on a tight budget or need pet-friendly lodging. Otherwise, spend a little more somewhere updated. Cannot recommend at this time!

This is a favorite spot to stay in ensenada. My only complaint is the pool and jaccuzzi. They should try to make it a little more inviting for adults. I know theyve done some upgrades that are great but pleaae work on the pool area :) Otherwise, its a great little hotel.

The hotel is centric to all places in Ensenada, the hotel and staff were excellent, will definitely book our stay there again.
