The room is fine coffee and tea bags are not supplied everyday they left us with one mug instead of two and biggest disssapointment is Im still waiting for my 150 euro deposit back 😒

Located closed to the airport and well served by public transport. However, 300 Eur blocked upon arrival, extremely unfriendly staff, no cleaning, uncomfortable bed.

It was extremely noisey all night (traffic, not aircraft) and a lorry started unloading at 3am and made an horrendous noise for about an hour. Reception demanded a 150 euro deposit even though I had paid for the room (I still haven’t received it). Worst of all, the room I booked had been given to someone else - I would not stay there again.

The hotel is within reasonable walking distance from the airport and stay surprisingly quiet so it was easy to sleep. There was no noise from the airport.

We enjoyed our stay.

Mostly kind staff, one particularly angry and discourteous team member. The room AC did not work, and there was a trash dumpster set afire outside the hotel - thus the fumes entered our room (because we opened the window due to nonexistent AC). However, beautiful rooftop pool and indoor pool - and we didn’t use the sauna, but it’s a nice perk.

The property feels pretty run down. There was a huge hole in the bathroom leading to under the bath where clearly there's been some plumbing issues. Skirting boards had fallen away and rotted from damp. The room had a strange and unpleasant smell. The sofa bed was particularly uncomfortable to sleep on. Aircon just about worked, but wouldn't get sub 20C. It was the cheapest available close to the airport, so I didn't have high expectations so 3 star rating reflects price. We were only staying 2 nights as a stop gap so was ok, but wouldn't spend any longer.

Started off badly as receptionist took 150 Euros by mistake but cud t refund it. 3 days later it was sorted. Hotel fair, rooms clean .Had to remove all personal rubbish and no towel change or bedding change over 5 nights . Roof terrace great views of Nice.and airport lol . trams close for easy access to central Nice and walking distance to airport. Close to St Augustine rail station for connections to Monaco, Antibes and Cannes . Overall satisfactory .

Checked in OK and the elevator was a total mission (stops at every floor, takes minutes to come down with nobody on it), but that’s minor. You can literally walk 8 flights of steps faster than using the elevator, which I found odd. First, AC is broke in my room and not just broke, but my room was warmer than a) the hallway, b) the stairwell, and c) outside. After a tech couldn’t fix it, they moved me to another room (staff made it seem like an inconvenience) and the new room was USED. Unmade bed, used towels on the bathroom floor, etc. Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy.

The main reason for writing this is that our deposit was promised to be returned but wasn't, despite sending an email chasing via their web site. We cleaned and tidied before we left and took photos as evidence in case this happened. We also had a terrible experience during check in with a long wait, keys that didn't work and the sofa bed with previous tenant's bedding on it.

Wanted a place close to airport. 3 minutes away and shuttle was 40 euros!! Ridiculous. Toilet had stuck on dirt I cleaned with my wipes -gross. Floor in front of door needed vacuuming. No extra toilet paper. No bath soap. Pools & jacuzzi cold. Huge containers of dirty towels & laundry in the hall to jacuzzi area. Literally taking up the hallway space -gross. Front desk didn’t care that I had to clean the toilet lol. Shrugged his shoulders and asked if I wanted a different room. I’m I already cleaned the toilet! No where to eat except shady neighborhood area behind hotel. The room closets both had cleaning equipment in them. No one wants to hang clothes with cleaning equipment and trash can in then. Room was fine besides these unnecessary issues. Would I stay again? No! They are not clean or caring. In fact aloof. Plus the 40 euro to the airport was way to much. Rather pay for a nicer hotel with amenities and cleanliness.
