Honestly, the stay was about location. Which was great. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. But. The property itself was a bit of a shambles. I was there for 2 nights. Firstly, the rooms should come with a map for the light switches. And the timber panels that open should be labeled, so i don't spend my first hour in the room tapping walls to see if a door opens. There should not be furniture blocking the panels that do open. And the rooms should not lose power overnight, forcing the guest to shower and prepare for an important meetiny the next morning in pitch black, and resulting in them being relocated to a second room. The second room did not lose power. But it lost a lot of other things. Including the coffee maker which simply did not work, and the bathroom faucet which was so loose it might have fallen off completely. It's a grand space and has a whole lot of potential. But the maintenance and upkeep were almost non-existent.

I really enjoyed my time in Porto and I particularly loved my stay at the hotel. I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to others. The staff were friendly and attentive. The hotel is near Heroísmo metro station and Campanhã bus station which is really handy for getting around the city as well as travelling beyond Porto.

Very chic property. Nice common areas and room. Construction nearby that was a bit loud after 8 am.

This hotel had a very "hip" vibe. The room was well sized and clean. The platform bed was a little hard to get out of for my old knees but that is on me.

Great location, very easy to get to the main city centre (15 mins). The hotel has great aesthetics and very welcoming and helpful staff. Only fault is that I wish check in was earlier!

We had a pretty bad expeince here at this hotel. It all started when we first arrived. Check in was fine for us because we got lucky. There is only one person working the desk. Felt quite bad for the guy who came 5 mins after us who had to wait 20mins while the only staff memeber at the front was showing me around the property. Then we got to our room. Looked great...until the a/c.... You are unable to change the ac settings in your room yourself. It runs on a centralized LG system which doesnt let you change anythign without going to the front desk. they try to change the ac as we left for dinner expecting to come back to a room that didnt feel like a concrete sauna with no windows u could open or fans....the ac still wasnt on and it was disgustingly hot. Go back down another front desk guy who took over the last shift tried helping us. He even mentioned this was a known issue in the building.... He tried and we went back to the room waited 20 mins sweating profusely while waitiing for it to turn on. It did not. Went back down and this guy was actually the best employee in my opinion. Super understanding & helpful. He heard us out and tried to get us another room with the ac working. He found one but was downgrade - no kitchenette, smaller bed at the top of a loft room- still hot bad a/c but got a fan. Said would get an email with partial refund, never got an email. Bar staff was also not very present. This isnt a 4 star hotel. Over priced, understaffed. Avoid it.

The room was so dark it could have been a dungeon, no maid service but that could be my fault for not reading the small print. Nice modern building. Pool area was nice, but it is a glorified hostel, nothing wrong with it in particular. Would have just been nicer staying in a hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful

We stayed at this hotel from Aug 31- Sept 3. It is a nice neighborhood although I would say there are not as many dining options as I would have liked. The staff were really friendly and helpful. We had requested a different room based on being right on the street (and it was our anniversary) and the staff followed up on our request very promptly and gave us one of their best rooms. We were impressed with the quick response and their willingness to accommodate our request. The room is a little different, having alot of concrete but it still felt warm and welcoming. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is a bit outside of the town but a bus stop is close by. The idea of the hotel is that it combines a hotel with rooms to work from abroad. This attracts a young audience and also the style of the hotel fits to this. The staff is rather friendly and the rooms are clean and decent. You can also enjoy the garden and a tiny pool, but most tend to use it as a base to explore Porto. One pity is that there are only a few restaurants in the neighborhood, but if you enjoy African food, there is a great place fairly close. The breakfast is decent, but don’t expect a breakfast buffet, that is a waste for a small hotel, so you have some good dishes instead. All in all we enjoyed our stay and recommend the place.

Shower mold makes very hard to rate favourably an accomodations Mini fridge temperature is 14 degrees (measured) and the hotel could not change it or do anything about it. The room was dark. The bed is quite low and that might work for younger folks, but it is a problem for elder folks.

We had an amazing stay here. Great facilities and perfect location just outside of the main city. Staff were all very helpful and the food and drinks at the bar were well priced. Easy access to trains and busses but we ended up Ubering into town as it was affordable

Outside Porto Mouco was one of the best experience we have stayed in for a long time. Their front desk and check-in process was seamless. We had originally booked to stay at another hotel, but because the other property was a fraud. We had to book Outside Porto Mouco within less than 14-hours of check-in. The property was very well maintained and the staff was very friendly and professional. Their design aesthetic and furniture, along with their architectural design of their interior and outside space was very well considered. We found out that their property had a very generous co-working space downstairs, a yoga room, and pool. Guests can even stay there for over a month, and there membership options. We would consider staying there again the next time we are in Porto. Overall: 9.5/10
