Honestly, the stay was about location. Which was great. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. But. The property itself was a bit of a shambles. I was there for 2 nights. Firstly, the rooms should come with a map for the light switches. And the timber panels that open should be labeled, so i don't spend my first hour in the room tapping walls to see if a door opens. There should not be furniture blocking the panels that do open. And the rooms should not lose power overnight, forcing the guest to shower and prepare for an important meetiny the next morning in pitch black, and resulting in them being relocated to a second room.
The second room did not lose power. But it lost a lot of other things. Including the coffee maker which simply did not work, and the bathroom faucet which was so loose it might have fallen off completely.
It's a grand space and has a whole lot of potential. But the maintenance and upkeep were almost non-existent.
