Superb hotel in a perfect central location. Straight out of the door into the thick of the restaurants, bars, beach. Staff were fantastic. Couple of free beers each day to enjoy in the rooftop pool. Perfect. We'll be back

Such a great location next to the square and promenade to the beach . Estepona is a very charming town with lots places to eat and good shopping , and beach bars

Excellent hotel

Our third visit to Estepona Plaza reminded us exactly why we keep coming back. Everything about the hotel feels effortless: helpful communication before check‑in, spotless and comfortable rooms, and staff who make you feel genuinely welcome from the moment you arrive. The atmosphere mirrors Estepona perfectly — calm, friendly, and full of charm. The town itself continues to be one of our favourite places to unwind, and we’re excited to return again soon, either to the Plaza or the new Patio when it opens.

From the welcome on arrival until breakfast on our last day we enjoyed every minute.The hotel has been decorated to a high standard, with excellent showers, comfy beds, and efficient aircon. Breakfast was delicious and a variety of options were provided to enjoy inside or under the canopies outside which was delightful. During the hot afternoons we could cool off in the plunge pool, with views of Estepona. The location is excellent if you like to explore the shops, bars and restuarants of the old town.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Our room was excellent and we opted for the city view. The pool although small was a great space for relaxing. Breakfast was outstanding and we were extremely looked after by our lovely server Genesis. Additionally the staff were outstanding from the manageress down! We enjoyed it so much we have booked to return in October!

Very smart hotel recently refurbished, possibly re built. High tech, which is a problem. The hotel gives you lots of information before arriving. Parking is expensive, but you are in the centre of town. The hotel is controlled by technology, no room keys, digital check in etc.... On the day we arrived we were not told that there was no Wi Fi or internet connection. When we asked how we could connect we were told that was not possible and the engineers could not work out why, so we would have to do without. This hotel is run by technology, but the staff don't know how to control it. Which means anything could go wrong and customers would just have to do without. Possibly no lift, no air conditioning, no hot water, no access to your room. Everything relies on the technology. Our problem was small, no internet and no Wi Fi. After a rather lengthy debate with the manager, a rather shaky connection was made. It sometimes worked, sometimes not. No real solution, just a patch up job. The pool advertised is not a pool its a plunge pool. Small and narrow. The rooftop sun area has 5 loungers. For a hotel with 5 floors of rooms. A joke. Yes it has everything advertised, but that's just to get bookings. We stayed one night. Would not stay longer. All very smart and clever, but we felt cheated.

Beautiful well maintained hotel with excellent breakfast and great staff

Great hotel close the beach and with a wide range of restaurants within walking distance. Our room was clean and spacious with a nice view over the plaza. Buffet breakfast was good with plenty of choice. The rooftop pool is very small though and there is barely space for any sunbeds. We paid 15 Euros per day for parking in the Zapallito car park (arranged through the hotel) which was well worth it as you can come and go as you please.

Great little hotel for 5 night stay, lovely breakfast, great location & friendly staff.

Second time we have stayed, lovely hotel. Staff are very friendly & professional, breakfast is very nice. Only negative this holiday, aircon still on winter hours so had open the windows for cool air. My husband was bit quite badly by mosquitos.
