Great basic place

All was great, other than an issue at the restaurant. Chicken was raw but they corrected it immediately as soon as we notified the staff close proximity to everything including the stadium.

Bad Customer Service

I checked out a day earlier but the hotel refused to refund me for the last day. This is not a VIP experience for sure.

I really enjoyed the spa services. I got a massage and a pedicure, and they were so accommodating and professional.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and in great condition.

Great place to stay

I love a room with hardwood floor instead of carpeting. The buffet breakfast is exceptional. The entire hotel clean and modern. I will return!

Es limpio y buen servicio

This was our second time spent at this hotel. It is centrally located and clean, comfortable and the staff was pleasant to work with.

We enjoyed our stay, shower was nice and big. Location was very convenient to the state fair that was on while we were there. The restaurant had good variety and was good. The pool was the only thing that looked like it needed to be cleaned. The women cleaning our room and every one working there were very attentive and very friendly. We would stay here again. Thank you!

Muy conveniente a la feria de León

Clean and quiet. Good service. Not paper thin walls. Seems like you're by yourself in the hotel. Every year in January for the feria, i book the same hotel. Its a good hotel, near shopping center for boots.
