The best place and the service is trustworthy. I once left my charger behind, and the receptionist immediately informed me. Luckily it wasn't far 🤭

The hotel staff just changed, not friendly. Towels have to be requested before they are provided.

Disappointed that the hotel could not help at all, because I had the wrong date, I just wanted to change the date but the hotel could not help, I felt very disappointed and my money was not returned.

The facilities in the Traveloka application are different from the facilities provided by the hotel at check-in. So I felt cheated and had to pay an additional fee for one hotel room.

Harga kamar buat 2 orang, bagi keluarga yang bawa anak akan dikenakan tambahan harga. Tipe deluxe kamar sempit, water heater tidak berfungsi.

The hotel location is next to Cutimall Prabumulih, the hotel is only one floor & the cleanliness is good. The downside is that the walls of this hotel are made of GRC, not cement, so people next door chatting can be heard clearly in our room, so privacy is not guaranteed. The staff is very friendly.

Photos and reality are very different. 1 bed, small size for 2 people to live in, we as consumers are not goats, but humans. The fault is with you service providers. I paid with my CC debit. After seeing that the room was not suitable, asked for a refund but couldn't. Paying for those who don't occupy the room is really RedDoorz. Make you guys be careful. Don't use RedDoorz anymore. And I'll make sure tonight to uninstall the application. Those who have been customers from the start opened this first time. Paying but not staying. I still want the money.
