Pros: Clean and Neat. All appliances are in good conditions. The swimming pool is clean. The kitchen is so adequate. Cons: No daily cleaning. We had to clear the garbage bins ourselves. There is the limit of 80kW electricity usage wheares the lights are all halogen types which consumed so much electricity, air-conditioners are not inverter (one of them is out of order and they are heavily loaded cause outside is 38 degree. Here is Thailand!). And the pool system is auto. Even we didn't use Karaoke, Washing M/C, only turned on 23-25 degree air-conditioning in the night time and turned off everything in the daytime, we still use > 80 kW. Besides, the staff is not nice (sound blunt).
