The hotel is quite comfortable, with Lawson, Sevel, and Family Mart easily accessible in front of the hotel. It's close to the MRT station. Bathroom amenities are quite complete and can be purchased continuously in the lobby. The coffee machine in the lobby is a winner. You can drink as much as you like. The coffee is very delicious. Other refreshing drinks are also available in the lobby. Unfortunately, this hotel doesn't have a restaurant for breakfast. Breakfast is delivered to your room daily, consisting of sandwiches, bread, and canned juice. There's no other variety. My advice if you stay here is to skip the breakfast. Overall, it's quite pleasant. The room is spacious.

We stayed here for 3 nights with our toddler and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean and very comfortable for our family. The front desk staff provided excellent service throughout our stay, and the location was very convenient, with public transport nearby. We would definitely come back again.

I stayed here with my family of 4. 1. The location was fantastic; it was only a 10-minute walk to the famous Shinsaibashi area and the district. 2. There are restaurants nearby and a Family Mart and 7-Eleven near the hotel. 3. The hotel gave really quality amenities. 4. The hotel staff were really nice and always greeted us whenever we exited and/or entered. 5. Really good price performance and really worth the money. 6. The hotel room was big, and the bathtub and bathroom were separated. Would 100% stay here again on my next trip to Osaka.

The room is quite spacious, beds are comfortable as there are 2 double beds. There's one station nearby, but you have to change stations if you are heading to Shinsaibashi station; otherwise, it's quite convenient to go anywhere. It's walkable, but it takes about 10 minutes walking time to reach Shinsaibashi. Alternatively, you can take a cab to the hotel, which costs around 1000 yen, worth it if you are traveling in a group of 3 or more. The hotel room is clean, and the toilet is big and clean. The downside is there's no public bath. It would be great if they had one. I would consider staying in this hotel again as the rooms are clean, big, and comfortable. They are generous with their amenities too. They even provide facial sheet masks and bath salt. Yes, I definitely will rebook this hotel for my next trip.

We love our 5 nights stay at Hotel Leben, the room is nice, clean, and the bed is comfortable. Perfect location for us to explore Osaka, just a short walk to Shinsaibashi Suji Shopping Street and very close to the metro station.

The hotel has a nice vibe. They provide drinks for guests too. Location is quite good too a short walk to shincaibashi. Staff was helpful and polite. I liked it the most compared to 5 hotels I stayed during this trip. However the check-out time is too soon at 11am. Which is almost the same for hotels in Japan I think for tourists we check in quite late and spend time outside hotel a lot they should consider case by case for late check in it was too tiring to unpack and pack again in early morning to leave before 11am.
