Air conditioning had to be repared t beginning of my stay. NO ICE machine, or any ice in the hotel! No glasses in the room. Why?

Everything was exceptional with this hotel and I will be bringing back my Tour on a monthly basis to stay here

My stay was perfect in every way. The room was comfortable and clean with the expected amenities. The pool was a good size and depth, a great way to beat the heat of the afternoon. Staff were very friendly and responsive to any issues. The hotel itself is within walking distance of many restaurants, museums, markets and shops. A great place to stay while in Merida!

It’s ok for paying 40 dollars, it’s clean but old. Definitely needs some upgrades. Squeaky plumbing and the doors are hard to close.

Safe, clean budget hotel. It has the basics, nothing more. But great value for the price. Beds are comfy and the AC units always work great.

Room was very clean. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. Even installed a shower bar just for wife with balance issues. Hotel is pretty basic with few amenities, but well worh the money. Checked out 3 days early due to need to return home but did not receive refund for prepaid days. I would rate all the staff a 6 on a 5 pt scale

Pool was closed for maintenance most days. Rooms could use some repairs. Staff could be a little friendlier.

Would recommend anytime ... staff was super helpful, hotel was clean / beautifully decorated, well located, and the rooms were very comfortable. Suggestion : Provide glasses (for drinks)

Traditional Mexican style hotel. Simple, clean, staff friendly & helpful! Very close & walkable to Paseo de Montejo & Plaza Grande.

The hotel is very close to the center town of Merida.
