Great location and beautiful nature nearby but the staff looks like they never been trained… Asked for a simple bowl of yogurt at 9pm for a child and got an answer that it can be served only during breakfast… I had to drive over to local grocery store. When per night cost is 500 zł and you claim to be a hotel that cares about customers, you train your stuff to provide 2 zl worth of yogurt for a child. Also - swimming pool was freezing cold. Jacuzzi was lukewarm.. Breakfast was actually tasty and interior of the restaurant beautiful. The only upside.

Great hotel. Not latest style, however still beautiful and elegant enough! Rooms are cosy, breakfast is great, staff is very friendly at breakfast and reception.

This was another great experience at Klub Sosnowy. The hotel is beautifully located, surrounded by the forest but still pretty accessible from the centre of Warsaw. The rooms, pool and saunas are nice but what was a wonderful surprise for me was the restaurant’s menu with new vegan options and great selections of wines . It was really good!

I booked for myself and two families to have a good time. We all paid the same amount, but my room was very hot and there was no air conditioning. I spoke with the reservation office in the hotel and they told us that I had to pay to get air conditioning and that they would inform the manager and talk to me. The whole week passed and I did not hear from them about disrespecting customers. Not responding to their requests is annoying
