Fantastic location, beautiful rooms and helpful staff! Beautiful rooftop restaurant.

Such a gem of a find! Five-star service and a five-star breakfast. VIP experience from the moment we arrived. A perfect little roof top terrace with views of the Cathedral. We opted to pay a little extra for a private transfer, and it just added to the experience. We had a room with a balcony overlooking the main street. The bed was super comfortable, and immaculate. The shower awesome, clean towels every day and a refill on the coffee pods and water. We can't wait to return to a super location in the heart of the city. Nothing was too much trouble at this hotel.

Central location with shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Our second visit to this hotel and it has been well maintained since our 1st visit a few years ago - rooms are clean / comfortable / well equipped / well maintained. Hotel public areas are clean, welcoming and always fully staffed. All staff are very attentive to your needs, and they are all polite and friendly. Bed linen and towels are changed regularly, and coffee & water is replaced daily. An outdoor terrace for drinks makes this city centre hotel extra special Will definitely be back

We like the location of this hotel but overall would not stay here again. You enter off the street into a lobby with a sign that tells you to take the elevator to the 7th floor to the lobby. We did this and the check-in process for us was ridiculously long. Like 45 min long and we were the only people there. In our room, we could hear people in their adjoining rooms and people walking upstairs. Thank goodness we travel with a sound machine because the street noise was loud in the room too. The room was small but the bathroom was strange, small and awkward. Breakfast was weak at best. Compared to the many other European hotels we have stayed at during our 1 month visit this was on the bottom of the list.

Fantastic location just off Rambles! Lovely new boutique hotel! Great friendly staff! Nothing too much trouble! We arrived early (10.30am) and hoped for an early check-in - which was available! We went to reception (floor 7) greeted warmly and welcoming with a cava welcome drink!! Nice!! Then they appeared with the card machine! 40 Euros for early check-in which we were a little surprised about! We wanted to explore our beautiful Palma so we paid and not worry about our luggage! The charge seemed a little unnecessary as the room was already allocated and already ready for us! We thoroughly enjoyed our short visit and will definitely revisit soon!! We didn’t eat this visit but will try the restaurant next stay!

Excellent stay. Staff was extremely accommodating and friendly. The rooms were clean and well arranged. Breakfast was a perfect start to our day. Location was lovely. Easy walking and access to transportation. Will definitely stay again.

Hotel is great. Amazing location just a few blocks from the Cathedral and shopping. Super friendly staff. Our room was lovely and quiet and the bed was super comfortable. We would stay there again. They recommended a wonderful restaurant for dinner. The soaps are from Mallorca and great smelling.

The overall experience was so wonderful from the room to the service! Getting around was made so easy via the staff recommendations & taxi service. The staff was so helpful in making my stay amazing; including working with my husband back home in the USA to find a local florist to grace my room with a beautiful bouquet of flowers! Nivia Born went above & beyond! The only hiccup was trying to get the in-room service cell to work to order laundry & extra amenities, but that was such a minor inconvenience in comparison to the whole wonderful experience! Thank you!

The moment we arrived we were greeted promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude by everyone we came in contact with. The entire staff was kind and always in positive spirits offering assistance and willing to help with any detail necessary to ensure we had a top-notch experience. They explained all the little details of the Nivia, so that we felt comfortable and at home. Our room had a lovely balcony overlooking the beautiful and elegant Pg del Born del Born. A picture perfect view with design that did not compromise on a peaceful stay Overall a perfect 10 in every way.
