Ive stayed here plenty of times and like the staff and how close its to everything. You feel like your not close to the city because its nestled within trees and a beautiful graden

Quiet and near local stores and shopping malls

the bedding were dirty and had multiple stains. they weren’t even white anymore they were just brown. the service was bad. there was no parking and outside of the building was pitch black which just made me feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

This is a beautiful small hotel, the rooms are nice and clean with everything you need, including a small fridge. The breakfasts are delicious and the staff was very corteous and friendly. I will definitely come back soon.

The property is nice. Though you can hear everything in the rooms of the first floor. The ladies that attend and host, lack of general information of the property. Also not so friendly and knowledgeable to answer simple questions or resolve simple requests. I think is more lack of training.

It would be nice to have hot water for showers but wouldn’t keep me from going back to this wonderful place. Absolutely gorgeous and all you need for amenities

They need to have accommodation for handicapped people, no help at all to seniors with luggages and stairs to go up are very narrow. But the rest is ok

El personal muy atento, el lugar nesecita mejoras, que se ve que se las estan aciendo. Espero cuando regreso tenga algunas cosas mejoradas. Por que si pienso regresar.

Encontramos un alacran, no parquet, muchas fiestas en la noche y no dejan dormir, estan en constriction y empiesan a trabajar muy temporary, las duchas tienen mucho residuo de javon

Room wasn’t properly clean, Tv remote not workin, bed sheets dirty,Restaurant service poor, Food was great!

Excelente servicio, muy bonito el lugar, habitaciones comodas, totalmente recomendado.
