It was very clean given the fact that it's a fairly new hotel. The staffs were friendly too.

We asked that house keeping come by and leave towels and empty trash. This was not done. We asked the front desk to have them come by,once again this wasn’t done. We were told that they let housekeeping go at 2pm. Had no towels and the trash was overflowing. Would not recommend nor will we be staying there again.

The young man at the front desk was super. Had a problem with my reservation and he was super helpful in helping me straightening it. Also with getting to tv to work.

Excellent staff and clean rooms and lobby

We always stay here when we come to town for a concert at Propst Arena or Mars Music Hall. Always friendly service and clean rooms and the convenience of the location can't be beat. The bar is almost always closed by the time the shows let out, but they have a nice pantry if you need something late. Never have any complaints when we stay!

It was perfect for attending an event at the Von Braun. We were able to walk over. It was very clean, and the rooms had adequate space. It's my first "newer" construction hotel, but I was impressed by the rooms that had a "doorbell" for the visually impaired guests. The only thing I would improve would be adding a milk alternative and maybe a vegetarian breakfast meat alternative. But I LOVED the strawberry Belgian waffles.

Hotel was quiet and overall a good place to stay. Had a towel in our room that smelled like fish. Very strange. When checking in the desk didn’t share much information.

The bathroom was dirty, the tv had a crack down the middle of the screen, the hotel lied about parking cost and charged me after checking out and gave me a hard time checking in with the card I used to book the rooms. They didn’t explain parking garage or amenities to me upon check in and treated me like second class. For the price of the hotel rooms I could have at least gotten a clean bathroom with a tv that worked. Worst experience at this brand hotel.

Staff were pleasant and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. Numerous restaurants were nearby as well as a lovely park. Walking distance to entertainment options.
