Clean and spacious rooms in a great location in Novi Sad. Ideal for visiting the city centre. But understaffed (reception was often closed) and the music in the courtyard went on til past 2 am. Some rooms have windows that are so high you can’t see out even when standing on the bed! Most of the staff were friendly and helpful.

Good option for visiting Novi Sad. AC wasn’t available in May when we visited

Overall nice hotel, and good location. The bed was hard as a rock and the air conditioner didn’t work halfway through the night. We asked for it to be fixed but it didn’t get resolved. The reception staff were super helpful and friendly.

The hotel has a great location, right near the old town and very easy to walk to many sights. The room was well done and had all the usual amenities. However, there are several issues: there is no lobby - just a reception desk - this means that there is no place to sit outside of the room; there is no elevator from the street level to the reception and there are 2 flights of steps - one inside and 1 from the street to the front door. There was no one to help with the bags. Therefore if you need help with bags or can't walk steps then this is not the hotel for you. Finally breakfast - the hotel has no service of its own but uses the cafe right near the hotel. However, there is a set menu for hotel guests with very limited choices. I was not happy with this at all. While i really liked the location and found parking right in front, i most likely would not stay again due to the lack of service and the breakfast situation.

The hotel is a lovely boutique style, modern, recently renovated. Has all the features needed a really comfortable bed and amazing location. Breakfast was fantastic.

Our stay was amazing, the hotel is super clean and the location is absolutely perfect it’s less than a minute from the main square in Novi Sad. Breakfast was lovely and all the staff were wonderful!

Nice room excellent service highly recommend

Very disappointing stay. Price is extremely high for a room that doesn't even have a night stand next to the bed. Room was clean but seemed worn-out. View is non existent. It is more of a hostel and the entire property smelled like food most of the time.
