My room was very clean.

They didn't have the room that I picked online. Those rooms don't exist unless you pay an upgrade fee. They have roaches. Not cockroackes but little nasty baby and momma roaches. Nasty. The workers were friendly. I asked about staying another night. I was told for one night it was going $225. I paid $259 for a week.

AWFUL! The entrance was a nightmare to find. The pool was green. It smelled like stale smoke. The shower water barely got warm because the handle was broken. There was a crusty bandaid in the shower. Roaches everywhere. The TV didn’t work. The door did not seal. I could go on. 10 out of 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!

The stairwell smell like urine.. there was two roaches in my room The Indian lady who worked in the front didn’t want to give me extra towels.. the phones didn’t works And i paid for the kitchenette on Expedia when i got to the room it wasn’t in there when i asked about it i was told i had to pay for it..

The person checking in. Was so rude to me. Over something I had no control over. I was able to so stay. I will never go back. There is know need to treat people like that

Needed a place for son

This place was so dirty and drug infested . You could smell it coming from everywhere. People hanging out in the cooridors asking for money. It was scary. The only good about this visit was that the young lady assisting us was kind and understanding. We did not stay we left for our health and safety.

The area around the property was messy, and the room assigned to me lacked a safety latch. Although a stove was depicted in the photo, it was not available in the room.

Decent hotel for the night. The dirty out of service pool was very off putting as it looked trashy

check in was delayed by 45 min due to our room not being cleaned when they said it was clean and ready for us to check in. front desk attendant was very nice. most of the outlets in the room were not functioning. there was a dog on the adjacent room that barked all night. parking lot was well lit and we did feel relatively safe.

I am not stable right now as far as living arrangements go, but itvis great to come to a place with affordable prices and get five star service. The staff makes you forget about the negative things going on because they’re always so helpful and positive. If I was to build a hotel, I will recruit this staff to start my business. Terrific job all around!

So the staff is perfection but they have the worst case of roaches I’ve ever seen in my life will not recommend to anyone and honestly it’s a health hazard

It was awful and the customer services was very poor and unfair.

This property was extremely disappointing. There were bugs everywhere in the room, making the stay uncomfortable and unhygienic. This level of cleanliness is unacceptable, and I strongly advise potential guests to look elsewhere.

First the main issue was the lighting in the room was poor. There was no plugs other, than the restroom area. Third the TV volume did not work, so it was annoying. Parking was crazy.

Ms Dee is so cool, staff super friendly.

First night ground floor next to dog in kennel crying all the way up until 1am-2pm. Moved to third floor which was good but the t.v. kept going on and off every night until the third day. Tech issues they said. Room was clean, price was good for three nights Overall would book again

I believe that the motel needs upgrading and it definitely needs a good cleaning and exterminated roaches kept popping up but customer service was good and the bed slept good
