Second time staying at The Standard. An overall lovely hotel experience with nice interior, breakfast and drinks. Shout out to really nice products in the room. First time it was just after the opening, with a bigger room facing the backyard. Compared to our first visit, this time was less excellent although the service was much better in the restaurant. Unfortunately there was noise from other guests and from the street this time at night. Also we chose The Standard expecting it was adults only. Maybe this changed since first visit, at least there were several kids including a loud kid at the rooftop, prohibiting a pleasant time in the sun.

Gorgeous hotel in wonderful location....comfortable bed. Staff were helpful, friendly and very knowledgeable of the local area!

Very relaxed atmosphere. Beautiful calming room. Great shower and comfy bed. Great breakfast and food options. But disappointed the roof terrace wasn’t open but understood it was too early in the season.

Great hotel. Clean, safe and welcoming. Good restaurant and a 24/7 gym. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I'll definitely come back. The only area of improvement can be the firmness of the bed mattress and pillows. They were a little soft.

Great location and the most amazing and helpful staff. Special mention about Barbara at the front desk, she was super helpful.

Good place in town

The Standard is one of the best hotel experiences we’ve had. We loved the contemporary decor. The service was brilliant. Staff lovely, food excellent. In fact the whole experience was a real pleasure. There is also things going on here most evenings. Bingo being the most fun night! The hotel feels so fresh and clean. Would definitely visit again.

Hot water took 10 mins to come through. Water pressure terrible. Bed concave to someone else body shape. Like sleeping in someone else’s pit. Otherwise fine.

It's a pity that the rooftop bar was closed as the weather was glorious. When we have stayed here previously, drinks on the rooftop have been a highlight of the trip. Freshly prepared breakfast. Comfortable room.

Amazing place in Ibiza city. The staff is so nice, the hôtel is new and so beautiful. Rooms are perfect. The place is central with everything near. I would come back here.

Top level service and comfort. The only let own being the roof top facility which was being dismantled during our stay, it’s only seasonal but we had lovely weather so an undisturbed relaxation and bar service would have been good.

The manager and front desk customer service was horrible. Worst hotel experience I’ve ever encountered. We paid for a few nights stay, and arrived the second day after contacting the hotel beforehand regarding our flight delay which was confirmed by the front desk staff that since our room was already paid for it would be held no problem for our check in. Upon arrival they had already sold our paid room to other guests then put us in another room that had plumbing issues with yellow contaminated water coming from the bathtub and shower. The maintenance team and front desk staff confirmed the water was contaminated in our room as well as others so they were unable to change our room. We were unable to shower the entire stay! I have pictures and videos of the yellow/brownish water. Instead of being accommodating the manager was extremely rude to us and non helpful. She basically told us that there was nothing to be done about the situation. I have stayed with SLS many times and have never received such horrible customer service. It was our anniversary so we were very disappointed with customer service. We are handling this now with corporate.

Amazing stay

Fantastic stay nothing negative to say at all. Would definitely recommend. Rooms comfortable and stylish. I loved the toiletries. Breakfast excellent. Service efficient and friendly.

Wonderful stay… Lovely friendly staff who really went the extra mile for a Birthday celebration, thank-you. The hotel is spotless, with a perfect location, and vibing with world class dj’s playing, what’s not to love!
