Very nice and clean, with a very equipped kitchen. The place is close to the subway line.

The place was great! Clean, good location easy to get to sights around the city, so nice to relax on the balcony and have a kitchen. Quite & comfortable. It was pretty hot when we were there so we were very grateful to have air conditioning. Check in was a little confusing for me but staff assisted me & were responsive. Overall Highly recommend.

Our room was very clean and comfortable. Everything was provided so we had a easy life there. Like we were in our home. The location, accessibility to train, trams and supermarkets were so convenient. We had a bit of challenge at arrival as there id no reception .... chat via app also connect to virtual assistant which wasn't really helpful. But finally we could manage to check in.

This property was a great stay. Check in was super easy and the room was clean. Location was near supermarkets and the shower pressure was great. They provided detergent for us to wash clothes and there was an in unit washing machine. The biggest complaint I had was the air conditioning. On the listing, it says there is air conditioning. Upon arrival, i saw all of the AC but the remote control was missing. I reached out to the host and they stated that the AC is only for the summer and for me to open the windows. It was mid May when I went and the room did get hot. I have heat induced eczema so I like to keep my rooms cool. And I also don’t tend to open the windows because I have severe seasonal allergies. So I had to pick between having heat rashes or severe allergic reactions. It was quite uncomfortable and had I known that the AC is only for the summer it would have changed my decision to stay here. I think that condition/rule should be more clearly stated when booking or in the listing at least. Otherwise, the room was great.

Clean apartment, very spacious, nice balcony, some furniture broken; kitchen was well equipped; great mattress; convenient location.

An excellent apartment close to the city center, great amneties, easy check in.

Bedding quality poor, we found hair on pillows, bedsheets and duvet covers. Management dropped off new set the following day. Sheets very thin and mattress cover poked through it. Bed was not uncomfortable but the bedding made it disappointing. No place in shower for keeping soap/shampoo. They provided small body wash/shampoo bottles not enough for 5 night stay. Their portal says you can ask for more. Kitchen area was good, clean utensils and cooking vessels. We did not do any cooking, however, we bought a roll of paper towels and that helped a lot. Having a washer was convenient but you need to hang dry clothes on a rack provided. All in all it was ok and location was convenient since under 5 minutes walk to Nestroyplatz station.

This location is perfect and size of the room is also great compared to other hotels in vienna!

Noisy neighbors, most nights at stay, doors banging, voices , heavy footsteps- outside of the quite hours 2200-0700 hrs

warm home. nice to have access to a washer. walking distance under 25 minutes to the center.

The apartment was spotless upon arrival and it was very homely, perfect for our 3 night stay. We loved to be able to do some washing and it felt like our own home in Vienna!

The place was perfect, but the keyless entry pad did not work perfectly. We had to try the code 2-3-4-5 times before de door would open. This must be fixed. Aside from that, we slept very, the place is newly renovated and perfectly clean.

Beautiful building and nice location. Walking distance to many good restaurants and local eateries. We felt right at home in these simple, contemporary apartments with everything we could ask for.

A decent walk from central Vienna. Nearby grocery store and convenience items. Property was very clean and well laid out.

We had booked two rooms for ourselves and our in-laws. We had a one bedroom apartment and they had a two bedroom suite. Both were in excellent condition when we arrived. Spotlessly clean, spacious and provided great comfort. The building is in a quieter area of the city but a short walk or quick trip on the train to the tourist areas. We also found lots of great restaurants, bars and cafes in the area. My only comment’s about the property are that all communication is done online. It’s self check in like it would be with a “Vacation Rental” company (which we’re fine with) but we had an issue with the AC in our bedroom on the second night and it was just easier for us to not use it than try to figure out how to report the issue (I reported the issue on check out, which was also done online). Some other minor gripes, you have to pay extra if you want more towels and there is no way for you to check in any earlier than your specific check in time, even if the room is ready. I’m being pedantic as these are very small issues, but it’s little things like that take away from what is otherwise a really great place to stay.
