All new and nice and efficient and very good breakfasts!

Overnight stay in a lovely courtyard room with a ceiling fan which made for a comfortable night. Delicious freshly cooked breakfast and a good continental selection included in the price. Excellent value

This is a great hotel. The staff, food and accommodation are all very good. We were in a recently opened new part of the hotel and the fixtures and fittings were excellent. We had a problem with the speed of the wifi in our room but the manager made it a priority to get it sorted.

Very friendly staff. Spacious and relaxing. Quiet but very convenient location with lots of parking onsite and good space inside and around the hotel. All the staff from check in - restaurant - check out were really friendly and helpful. Loads of attractions nearby. My room was generous size, comfortable and ideal for a short stay. Many thanks. Will be back.

The club sandwich is the best I’ve ever had, and I consider myself a bit of an expert on tasting sandwiches.

We are so happy we decided to give the Coach House a try. Everything was brilliant. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms very pleasant and the breakfast was excellent - so much to choose from, excellent quality and beautifully displayed. I had pancakes and bacon with maple syrup. My husband asked for scrambled eggs on toast as it wasn’t on the menu and it was no problem for the very helpful staff. We will definitely return. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Great atmosphere & very welcoming and helpful staff. Ate in the restaurant that evening the food was delicious and served promptly even though it was booked out. Will definitely stay again when I stay in Lowestoft next

Lovely friendly hotel. We had a courtyard room which we understood had only recently been installed. Spotlessly clean and a lovely spacious airy room. Highly recommended.

The staff were just the best and couldn’t do enough to accommodate you. We were lucky to stay in one of the new rooms with access to the garden. The room and facilities were perfect for a 2 and a 5 year old, we’ll certainly be coming back again

The staff were extremely helpful & friendly, the hotel is situated in an ideal position, the breakfasts were excellent, but not so enthusiastic about the evening meals, all in all we did enjoy our stay.

We were given a brand new, huge room in the recent extension. Everything about the hotel, staff and food was excellent.

Way above expectations for a 3 star rating. We had a standard room no.8 on ground floor, spacious around 200 sg ft room plus bathroom with shower over. Toiletries very good quality. Very good quality food both breakfast and evening meals. Freshly cooked with a good choice menu plus daily specials. Excellent helpful and friendly staff from check in to check out. Will definitely return

We stayed in one of the newly upgraded ground floor rooms, which was spacious, well equipped and tastefully decorated. The staff were very welcoming and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Thank you Danny for your thoughtfulness 🙂 Breakfast was very good, and cooked to order. There was plenty of car parking, and there was an EV charging station 5 minutes drive away. We would definitely stay at The Coach House again

The hotel has some new rooms that are immaculate and clean, the staff and Danny in particular can not do enough for you and go the extra mile with any requests, especially if you have a dog. I would recommend highly.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Everywhere was kept beautifully clean and tidy. There were good choices for breakfast, the restaurant had a good menu and meals were presented nicely and were very tasty. A good experience - thank you.

What more can we say? From the minute we walked into the hotel, the receptionist was lovely, helpful, and explained everything to us. She even took us to our room and showed us where everything was. We had requested extra pillows and fans, and they were already there waiting for us. The room was clean, tidy, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. We decided to dine in the restaurant and were shown straight to our table. We explained that my wife is dairy-free, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was enjoyable and stress-free. The food was excellent, and once again, all the staff were friendly and attentive. We had a very good night’s sleep and then went down for breakfast. Every member of staff greeted us with a cheerful “good morning” and were incredibly helpful. The lady who had served us in the restaurant the previous evening told us about the hotel’s newly refurbished rooms. After we had finished our meal, she kindly took us to see them. They are fantastic, and we are already looking forward to staying in one on our next visit. What more can I say? You will not go wrong with this hotel. Thank you to all the staff and management for making our stay so enjoyable.

Ist time to what Lowestoft needed a great affordable hotel, expect perfection and you will be not be disappointed Exceptionaly nice appearance on arrival, very nice welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Bar lovely, plenty of info on restaurant menu. Tight menu, but in apperance and taste exceptional flavours, all home made and local, impressive clean decor through out hotel Room/ chalet annexe was 10/10 with all the essentials and more ,so comfy, with cosy bed. Despite building work still in progress you can see the finished product will be outstanding, with every atttention to detail to make a great stay Only negative when its bedtime and you need your sleep, the noise from the gravel is annoying. Always avoided a staying in lowestoft, as majority of hotels are in desperate need of life support, as the hotels are tired and need major investment. The Coach House could be the inspiration the other hotels nearby need in the revival Lowestoft needs. Thank you all at the Coach House, will return asap.
