Very clean, cozy room, and great location

Staff was very friendly, and they were able to keep our bags safe until check in time which was very convenient. It is very central and we were able to walk to everything we wanted to visit.

We stayed here for two nights which we wouldn’t stay in this place longer than that. The location was perfect however the room was very small. The bathroom offers no privacy with see through walls. Additional the second night we were there the whole room felt damp and humid with the AC on. The bed sheets felt damp and the room always smelt musty when you walked in. The hotel simply gets a 3 for perfect location.

Very helpful staff. The key card didn't work 3 times in a row but was fixed. Very central location, good if you don't have a car and like shopping. Not too far from the airport bus either. No fridge or mini bar in the deluxe room. No ice machine and it's 98F (mid 30s in Seville) and you need cold water. The back room has no view but it's quiet.

The hotel is close to every thing and easy to access in the pedestrian area. Room was perfect for my stay and ac worked great. Staff was super helpful and coffee shop in lobby is excellent. I enjoyed my stay a lot.

Location, location, location!

Clean, quiet, and comfortable hotel. It is in an ideal location for those wanting to be near shopping, spectacular historical landmark, the river walk, and grocery stores. Gracias!

Nice hotel right in the heart of old Town lovely Architecture plenty to see, local shops, cafe bars and restaurants also no more than Quarter hour to local Bus station for the bus to & from Airport. Your not far from the river side for a nice walk. Sevilla is a must visit.

Hotel is located in a prime location in the middle of the historic pedestrian district.

The location is very good to go around the city & shops. The air condition was set up . I spent two days without the room services ( sheets, towels toilet paper etc.) Minimum cleaning.

Amazing bed- SO COMFORTABLE! The entrance is tucked away so it stays quiet. Not a single complaint about the room- clean, good aircon, a window had I wanted fresh air, good shower and plenty of toiletries. Would stay again and will recommend to friends.

I was a little hesitant on booking this property based on the reviews shared. However, I thought it was a great stay. The room was clean, not as small as I thought it was going to be and all the amenities worked perfectly fine. It's a great option for a solo traveler or a couple. The location is great and the staff was friendly!

This property is well located and the staff were lovely. There was an issue with my room where there wasn’t a curtain so had to put up a bedsheet unfortunately I was incorrectly told that the hotel was fully booked the next morning when I asked when I should return back to the hotel to move room for the rest of my stay. After checking online and seeing a lot of rooms available, I emailed Expedia and only then the hotel allowed me to change room ( they told me they had recieved an email)- it was pretty unsettling. After this the stay was nice- it’s a great location, rooms are clean, there’s Netflix on the TV. Unfortunately also asked for a refund or compensation for the first night but the hotel never responded to Expedia for this.

Good points: Great central location, quiet road, cheap coffee & pastry for breakfast (5 euro), but lots of lovely coffee & eating places nearby. Bad point: Incorrect travel instructions by bus - make sure you get off one stop before the bus station and save 15 minutes! Tickets from airport were 6 euros not 4. Room was quite small and could hear the tv in the next room mounted on the adjacent wall. No tea/coffee making facilities/fridge.

The hotel location could not be any better! Withing walking distance to tourist attractions. The hotel is not accessible to vehicles, but I did not have a problem finding the hotel when my Cabify driver dropped me off and told me where to walk. Although the room was small, it worked for me. I would definitely stay here again.
