Fantastic location. The communication with the management was almost impossible…we had to borrow people’s phone to call the management. The shuttle still wasn’t clear of where to pick up…with two small kids and no way to connect or communicate without borrowing someone else’s phones we would have been able to stay the first night…pretty rough experience with two small children…looking for taxis in the middle of the night to go meet the manager in different hotel to pay taxes and get in after the entire booking on Expedia was done. Not sure ver mentioned that taxes the first moment needed to be paid in order to use the hotel…we paid the taxes but the whole entire situation at check in will be forever remembered..:all this can be avoided and put into the price with Expedia, and have a lot more understanding and accommodations at the check in.
Overall, you are on your own…I’d not been able to get ahold of the management unless I have a Japanese sim and phone number which was pretty ridiculous.
They do respond within 24 hours of your emails but they will not come and open the door or check you in unless you go find them where they are which is ridiculous too.
Paying for taxi, bringing suitcases around and two small kids in order to check in was a trip…
