My room was at times mister. This could have been the result of wet carpet that was being addressed on the second floor.

Everything was very nice, and the hotel itself is beautiful. However, the breakfast options were disappointing; there were no cereal and milk available for kids. Additionally, the lunch and dinner menus lacked kid-friendly choices. It's also important to note that guests are not allowed to bring food from outside restaurants into the hotel’s common areas unless they conceal the brand name.

I did not like looking out to a car parking garage. I did not select room 436 and was very disappointed especially asking for a scenic look at the lake.

This time the staff especially at the pool restaurant were exceptional slow. No effort to provide good customer service. That was my third and final time

It was just too noisy for me. I always hear something dropping in the building, not sure if it was the fitness center but always loud banging ear tin the morning. The outer perimeter of the property I find to be very unsafe. {don’t even think of wearing expensive jewelry} I had my gold chain under my shirt because I forgot to take it off and someone still tried to snatch it. I didn’t like the hotel didn’t have free parking but realized that if you pay at the parking area it’s more cheaper than paying at the hotel. The staff were friendly, excellent food and clean building. I would stay there again but would request a upper floor away from fitness center.

One of the best hotels in Kingston.

The place is designed toward Jamaica cultural, Jamaica food, boil sausage etc.breakfast fresh, fruit, the rooms have black toilet and the lobby have black toilet, the bathroom light is dim. Difficult to see. While putting lipstick on. As for our first night we were woken up by a broken light that was flashing all night into the morning. and closet door light stay on broken. The bathroom hinge knob broken. The coffee cream cured, save by the cafe shop, you will live the coffee like Starbuck.
