My daughter and I were guest of the hotel while attending a financial conference at the convention center. The hotel was clean, staff was hospitable and just a short walk to the centre.

Lovely experience with excellent & friendly staff. Lift in our block wasn’t working but no biggie as porter helped u up stairs 1 flight with the cases. Paid for breakfast in Cafe American on corner which was excellent. Rooftop pool area was much bigger than thought & happy hour was perfect from 5-6 after a day out & about. Would definitely recommend.

Check in process was smooth, all staff were super nice. Location very convenient - Close walk to the beach! Rooftop pool was great - it was clean and floaties were provided. Cons: we stayed in the building without the rooftop pool so any time we wanted to go back to the room, we needed to walk through the outside street. Wish we stayed in the building with the pool. Also, the drinks at the rooftop pool were outrageously expensive!!! I was hoping to have a few when lounging around but after getting the first little Margarita at $23 US, I didn’t dare order a second one.

This is our second stay at Uma House. This visit we stayed in the superior suite and it is must book. it was spacious, had two bathrooms, 1 king bed, one murphy bed that we could transform into a hang out area. Uma house is the perfect hotel in the perfect location. adding breakfast to your booking is a must. there’s an option for everyone. complimentary bikes during our stay, 2 beach chairs very close, and happy hour in the lobby from 5-6 everyday. the pool is peaceful and there’s ample areas to lounge and sit. this is our favorite hotel in south beach and i recommend it to everyone. exceeded expectations!

The property was conveniently located and the accommodations/perks were above and beyond my expectations.

Great hotel and excellent location.

Good location and great amenities. The issue I had was with check in. There was an issue with check in I think the manager did not handle well and didn't introduce herself til the end of the conversation. The rest of the front desk was helpful.

This has been my favorite hotel in Miami Beach. Great prices and couple blocks from the beach. It’s nice and bright and fun friendly staff. Complimentary prosecco for hotel guests all day and night. Nice rooftop lounge with bar but pool is tiny so if you want to lay by the pool, gotta make sure you get there early enough to grab a spot. Rooms are nice and the connected restaurant is really good for all day dining and drinks. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars.

Good hotel/room but pool was closed for a private event on 1 of 2 days we were there without notice and the private event was $50 which could have been free for hotel guests. Also we got unlucky with the room as our neighbors were extremely noisy, we were put between 2 rooms where a larger family had multiple rooms....

My stay at UMA House in Miami Beach was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is stunning—modern, impeccably clean, and exudes stylish elegance throughout. My room was not only spotless but also tastefully decorated, creating a perfect blend of relaxation and luxury. The rooftop pool and bar were definite highlights—simply breathtaking and ideal for unwinding after a day of meetings. I must give a special shoutout to the incredible staff—Dianelis, Denny, Dario, and Liz—who were exceptionally attentive and welcoming from the moment I arrived. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. The location couldn't have been better, especially for business travelers. Being within walking distance of the Miami Beach Convention Center was incredibly convenient. After work, I enjoyed leisurely strolls to the beach and dinners along Lincoln Road and Collins Avenue—everything I needed was just steps away. I highly recommend UMA House to anyone visiting Miami Beach, whether for business or pleasure. It exceeded my expectations in every way!

Property is beautiful, simple and clean. Very walkable to restaurants and beach

The room we had (240 I think?) Was fine for a single person on a work trip. My partner and I travel together for work and it was way too small, especially for a 5 day work trip. The staff were lovely, and the pool area is great. Bed's were comfortable. Dark red headboards in a tiny room was an odd choice, and finding anywhere to put things like toiletries was impossible - but the part I really didn't like was that there were no security measures between our hotel room door and the street. Anyone could have just walked up to our door at any time. There were security doors for the interior rooms opened by key but there didn't seem to be any consideration for the rooms outside of those doors. It didn't feel safe and I was uncomfortable. For that reason I wouldn't stay again.

Property was great. We had a room on the 1st floor near the reception and it was a bit loud with public bathrooms across the hall and the hard surface floor. Rest of our experience was great, including coming back to store luggage during the day before our flight.
