They did not honor my reservation even though I called ahead to let them know I would be checking in after midnight. When I spoke to them on the phone about it, I was told it wouldn’t be a problem that I would arrive after midnight and that they would relay the message to the night staff. I got there at almost 3AM. There was no one at the front desk and it took over 40minutes to get checked in. I was then told that I missed my reservation, so I would need a new reservation altogether. After driving for 6 hours straight in the middle of the night, I was so exhausted that I had to bite the bullet and pay for a brand new reservation. I asked for a nonsmoking room, but the room I was put in smelled like cigarettes. The water in the bathtub would not go down the drain so I wasn’t really able to shower well. All in all, it was a nightmare of an experience.
